They all gather in the meeting room, surrounding the table. Dad held his hands up, light pouring from them and forming a 3-D image, the light reflecting off the eyes in the room, reflecting the blood lust held in most, if not all of them.

"So, we've found out that Callum and the witch are trying to summon Notch back from the dead, and they started that connection. What we didn't know was that it had been started prior to finding them in the desert, and so, it's actually almost finished, which means it is important, now more than ever, that we find them and stop them."

"I'm guessing you have found where they are?" Gaby asks, eyeing the white, glowing landscape in front of her.

"You are correct in that assumption. Regina managed to locate them on a mountain range, near where Notch is buried. She said that it will help make the summoning easier and the connection through to Notch's soul more secure. She's gonna meet us there, so you all need to get suited up and meet in the meadow through the portal. Karn and I will be there. It'll be easier to track down Regina to a more exact location if I'm also in the Overworld."

We disperse at the order, each suiting up in the gear we need. I shrug my green and black jacket on and grab my sword, securing the sheath to my hip. I also sling my bow over my shoulder with the quiver angled the opposite way to form an 'x' over my back. With everything strapped on, I teleport to the portal, arriving at the same time as Nate, who has a sword also strapped to his back, but it's the one that melds into him if he shifts. Apparently it was a gift from a village elder when he left his home village.

"You ready?"

"No, I'm about to fight my ex best friend to make sure your crazy powerful uncle doesn't get brought back from the dead to be an evil puppet for an evil witch. I'm also fighting alongside an enderman with healing magic, The Herobrine, mass murderer and torturer, ruler of the Nether, and his daughter, who happens to be my mate." He turns to look into my eyes, a fond love held in the bright green. "But there's no place I'd rather be."

I raise myself up onto my tiptoes and press a quick kiss to his lips before taking his hand in mine and walking through the portal.

Rain greets us on the other side, pelting down from the dark clouds above. Nate carefully pulls the hood up on my jacket, shielding my head and face from the rain. His ginger hair steadily grows darker in the wet, plastering it to his forehead and running down his face. Dad stands in the middle of the meadow, head raised to the sky and eyes closed, a faint glow coming off his body. Karn isn't anywhere nearby, but he may just follow Dad.

Once everyone is in the meadow Dad turns back around, and we all link up. His eyes close again as he focuses on the location. I also close my eyes, and after the sensation of wind whirling around us, I open them to an overcast sky, but no rain. Rock faces and a few trees scatter the surrounding landscape, with us standing on a level piece of land. A large boulder pile is in front of us, and I peek around it to see Stacy standing on the edge of the cliff, arms stretched out the sides, misty pink magic swirling around her.

Quickly, I duck back behind the boulder pile, coming face to face with Nate. "You okay?" he asks over the link.

"Yeah, but Stacy is on that cliff. I can't see Callum or Kayla anywhere."

"We need to distract her, keep her busy so she doesn't have a chance to open the gate," Dad whispers in my ear, with Karn beside him. "We just need to keep attacking her."

"I can help with that," Regina says from behind us, and we whip around to see her sitting on the grass behind the same pile as us. "I haven't seen the humans yet, but she's almost done. I couldn't engage her without you here though. We're going to need to back each other on this one."
