It's been a few days since Louis was let out of the hospital. Now being able to walk confidently - for no longer than 10 minutes straight - his parents decided he could return to school. He was less than excited but knowing that Clementine would be there too, helped.

In first period, which was English for Clem, her class was studying a piece of poetry that they had never seen before. She wasn't paying nearly as much attention to the teacher as she should be. However, she didn't massively care. In her opinion, English class was a big waste of time. She spoke the language fluently so why did she need to be assessed on poems and novels?

Sitting at her desk with her chin resting in the palm of her hand, she lightly taps her glossy lips. She wasn't thinking of anything in particular, she was just praying that time would go faster.

"Hey.. Clem." a male hushed voice whispers beside her. She snaps her attention to the ratty mullet sat on her left.

"Yeah?" she slouches back in her seat, her voice less of a whisper like Marlon's was. The teacher was reading out a poem in front of the class, so the two had to keep quiet.

His pale face had worry and uncertainty spread across it, his lips scrunched to the side and his piercing blue eyes drifted down to his feet. After a short moment, their eyes meet again.

"Any news on Mason yet?" his voice lowers upon the mention of the infamous man. Clem inhales a deep steady breath.

Lee had been doing everything in his power to ensure that Mason would be locked up for the rest of his life. Unfortunately, that wasn't so simple. He alerted the police about it and told them everything about what the boy had done - in detail. But of course, how can you arrest someone without having them? Police were currently on the lookout for him, and had no luck yet. Clem received a lot of coddling from her father ever since she confessed to him. Whatever she wanted, she got. He intended to treat her as his princess.

"No, still nothing." she shrugs and peers back down to her English worksheet in front of her.

Minutes later, the bell rings in the hallway outside of the classroom. Students gather their pencil cases, books, folders, bags and shove their belongings into their blue lockers. As Clem puts her English folder in her locker, there's a bang on the locker right next to hers. She slowly closes the metal door and turns the tiny key to lock it.

Leant up against the one beside hers is a gorgeously perfect-looking man with his dark dreadlocks messily tied back with a pink thin hair elastic that he found stray in his girlfriend's bedroom. His mouth curves into a smirk that made Clem swoon and her knees wobble. How the hell she ended up with someone so dreamy, she'd never know.

"Hey, sexy thing." he grabs her hip and pulls her closer to him, then places a soft kiss on her lips.

Clem giggles into the kiss and holds on to the soft material of his hoodie, keeping their bodies close together and letting heat radiate between them. The sweet sensation of her lips gently moving against his made butterflies simmer in her stomach. She notices the hint of mint on his tongue from his last piece of chewing gum. She savours the enticing taste of him as she feels their mouths part. A smug smirk makes its way on to his face and his eyes scan over every beautiful detail of her face.

Louis was absolutely mesmerised by the short girl in front of him; it was like he'd picked her out from a fairytale or something. Every giggle she let out was angelic, every glare triggered a smile on his face, every smile made him effortlessly swoon. Every single goddamn thing about her was amazing, and he never missed out on an opportunity to tell her.

"Hey," she breathes out, smiling and letting out a little chuckle.

"You ready to go fuck up those sausage rolls at the cafeteria?" he offers his muscly arm for her to take, so she does. Holding onto it with both hands, she flashes him a smile that he was deeply in love with.
