Louis carefully tightens Celise's hair in the neat braided pigtails it was gathered in.

"Are you ready to go see grandma, honey?" he picks her up, holding her against his side. Celise clings to his shoulder and kicks a foot out with excitement.

"Yes," she nibbles her fingers, "does she have juice?"

"I'm sure she will, treats too," he kisses her cheek and walks over to the door, swinging Celise's to-go back over his other shoulder.

Clementine gets on her tip-toes and places a kiss on her daughter's head, then on Louis's lips. He leans forward, trying to keep her lips locked with his for a few seconds longer. Celise squeals and covers her eyes in response, making them smile.

"I love you. I'll see you later, beautiful," he winks, quickly pecking her mouth again.

"I love you both, have a good day!" she calls as the two leave through the front door, clicking it behind them.

The short girl jogs to her studio, sifting through the stack of paintings on the table. About halfway through, she finds the one she had been searching for. She smiles and tucks it under her arm, walking out of the colourful room.

She swings her small bag over her shoulder and exits the house, making sure to lock the door behind her. She walks along a loose stone path towards their driveway, it wasn't directly in front of their house. As she turns the corner, she sees her car sat beside an empty space, confirming that Louis had already left.

Her car was a dark red Audi TT Coupe; when buying the car she only wanted it because of the colour, but Louis and Bruiser had confirmed that it was a very good car to have, performance wise.

She hopped in and started the engine, listening to it roar to life.

Bruiser's flat wasn't a long drive, although it was a drive that Clem enjoyed. It was nothing but open road for her car to accelerate down. She turns a corner and the flat comes into view, he had the bottom floor and access to a little garden - which he only had for Lexi. Clem knew he missed his RV, but even he knew it was time to live in a house that wasn't on wheels.

She parks on the road outside the flat complex and fixes her hair.

Meanwhile, Bruiser spots her car in the corner of his eye and his face lights up.

"Lex, they're here!" he exclaims to his beloved dog, who yaps and starts running laps on the spot. He laughs at her and picks up a plate of freshly-baked cookies from his kitchen counter, leaving the flat. He had woken up extra early that morning to prepare cookies, a recipe that he had followed from a 'Guilty Pleasures' cookbook. There were Galaxy chocolate buttons mixed in the cookie mix, which he had hand-crafted too.

Clem shuts the car door and meets his eyes, watching as his smile fades and his eyebrows furrow.

"Uh, hey! What's all this?" she walks up the path until she's in front of him, looking down at the big plate of cookies.

"You didn't bring Liz?" he questions, tilting the plate away from her when she reaches for one.

"No," she tries to hold in her laugh, "Louis took her to his mum's."

Bruiser lightly stomps his foot and rolls his eyes.

"You could've told me! What am I meant to do with them now?"

Clem smiles, laughing slightly with surprise. "You made these?"

"Yes! I thought she'd like them," he looks down at the plate, suddenly feeling stupid.

The brunette girl pulls the tall man in for a hug, resting her head on his shoulder. He gladly accepts the hug, wrapping his only free tattooed arm around her.
