AMERICA WAS stretched out on the living room floor, reading from a new celebrity gossip magazine when there were several knocks at the front door. She swept her attention from the silky pages and solidified on sight. She was in the apartment all alone. Ace stepped out to go grab them something to eat: some authentic Thai food as America was craving for the past couple of days from a shop not too far from where they were staying. She had spent most of her time inside, not wanting to be bothered with and by the people that walked the sidewalks of the city.
