(Lyric's POV)

The airport was basically stranded when we arrived at the gate. The cold air breezed across my legs and I shivered, even though I changed into sweats earlier. We all climbed out of the shuttle, preparing to say goodbyes. I said goodbye to Calum as he made his way through the group.

"You keep my baby safe, got it?" He asked, hugging me.

"Course, Cal." I laughed as he moved on to Lycia, making her last.

I watched Ashton say goodbye to everyone, also making me last. I already felt the familiar burn in my eyes from crying. He patted Luke on the back before turning to me. I was away from the group, leaning against a pole. My lip trembled as Ashton made eye contact with me. I ran into his embrace, burying my face in his chest, heavily sobbing. "I should be used to this by now."

"Me too. But this time feels too different."

I sniffled, "Call me when you land."

"Promise." Ash bit his lip, holding his pinky out for me to promise. I linked my pinky with his and pressed a kissed to his lips.

"I'll see you in a few weeks." I smile weakly as he strokes my cheek with his thumb. "Then it'll be 5 weeks with you, and I'm off to L.A."

"The boys and I have to record in L.A. as well. I'm not sure when. We'll see."

"I'm very excited to spend time with you and your family." I smiled, trying not to show weakness. I had to constantly remind myself that I need to stay strong; I cry such an unhealthy amount. And so many people depend on me and look up to me, and breaking down isn't too great.

"So are we. They keep texting and calling me about you." He chuckled. "Mum wants to cook with you, Lauren wants to go on a shopping spree, and Harry wants to play swords again in the yard and have movie nights."

"And what do you want, Mr. Irwin?" I murmured, staring up at him, smiling.

"I want to spend every waking moment with you. I want to wake up with you in the morning, seeing you wear my t-shirts that are big on you. I want to spend every night with you, making plans for the future. I want you." Ashton spoke softly, stroking my face with his thumb again. "What do you want, baby?"

"I want to see your beautiful hazel eyes in those dorky glasses on and your messy hair, to make breakfast with you and dance around the kitchen, to see you with your family finally after all these months, to see you do dumb things with the boys, to sing to me and tell me stories. I want to spend the rest of my days with you. I will fight through thick and thin for you. I love you." My voice thickened and I began to cry. I stopped myself, thinking I cry too much and I need to toughen up.

"I love you more."

"Not possible." I sniffled.

"Ash! We have to go, mate." I heard Calum's solemn voice, as he and Lycia were still intertwined.

"Have a safe flight. Don't do anything too stupid." I called out as I watched them go through the doors of the airport. We all stood there for awhile, and I completely broke. I was sobbing and shaking. I felt a pair of arms wrap around me and lead me to the car. I didn't bother looking at who it was, but I knew it was one of the boys. We got to the bus and were off to Minnesota. Everyone sat in the front talking before I went to the back room for some privacy. I curled my knees up to my chest and heard the door slide open after me. Alicia walked in and sat across from me, also curling her knees up to her chest.

"Movie?" She asked and I nodded as she inserted a disk into the DVD player. Whenever one or both of us felt sad, we watched a movie. The opening screen of School Of Rock came on and I felt a wave of relaxation. This movie could always cheer me up, and she knew it. I smiled at Lycia as I laid out on the couch, enjoying the movie. She knew me all too well and I loved her for it.
