(Ashton's POV)

Lyric and the girls walked back into the room, all jazzed up and ready for the show and loud as ever. I jerked my head up when I heard Lyr's giggling from the doorway, and all I saw was her. Just like the first time I met her, I was fixated on her beauty, and it was like she was sent from heaven, my own personal angel. I grinned widely and jumped up to greet her. She ran towards me and jumped into my arms, locking her ankles behind my waist.

"Hello my little kangaroo!" She smiled, obviously a bit hyper, bopping my nose with her finger.

"Hi!" I giggled pecking her lips. "I missed you, love."

"Me too." She smiled, trying to mask her sadness as her energy drained down. "I wish you didn't have to leave." She hopped down and we went somewhere a little more private.

"It's not what I want. But remember, we have to do so much for the wedding, and the majority of it needs to be done in Aus, so I have to go. I really don't want to leave you, it kills me." I reminded, squeezing her hands. "I will call you every single day, just like always. And we'll text all day." I smiled, trying to cheer Lyric up.

(Lyric's POV)

I understood that Ashton couldn't stay, but every time we have to part, a part of me dies inside. "I love you, Irwie." I bit the inside of my cheek to refrain from absolutely bawling.

"I love you more." He breathed out, sadness coating his voice and I could tell he was trying not to cry as well.

I struggled to bring myself to speak and choked out 'Not possible."

Ashton pulled me into him and encased me into a cocoon of his warmth. "Why does it always have to be so hard to leave you?" He muttered. "It kills me."

"I know, and it kills me, too. But we've talked about this, and we've don't it time and time again. We can do it. I'll see you right after tour, right in Aus. I promise." I feigned a smile to show him I'm trying to be strong.

"Promise me one thing."

"Sure."

"Don't feed Mikey after midnight. He's like a gremlin." He laughed, lightening the mood.

"Alright, I'll make sure of it." I giggled. "Oh, and we should snapchat everyday, too."

"Okay, good. Because I would like to see your beautiful face everyday. And I will screenshot every single picture you send me, good or bad." He smiled goofily, and we went back into the dressing room with everybody else. I rubbed my arms harshly, trying to rid myself of the goosebumps all over them. "You cold?" Ashton asked.

"Yeah, a little." I responded. "S'fine."

"No, no, here." Ash untied the flannel from around his waist and slung it over my shoulders. I shrugged it on, putting my arms through the sleeves and He pulled me into a huge bear hug.

"You're the best." I smiled, poking the dimples in his cheeks.

Louanne entered the room as we were all gathered around talking about Australia. "Alright guys, let's show Canada what you guys can do!"

We all cheered and hollered and went to main stage. Before we even got there, we heard chants and shouts of our names, and my stomach dropped to my feet. I think Lycia could tell I was getting anxious and she looked over at me, "Hey, you're good. Let's go blow the fucking roof off this place!"

"No roof, Lycia!" Daisy shouted from ahead of us.

"You know what I mean!" I nodded and we all made our way on stage, the cheering getting louder, and I felt so happy and so blessed to be here.
