(Ashton's POV)

*flashback*

The boys and I showed up to the address that Daisy had sent Michael. It was this little bar in downtown Pittsburgh.

"Is this their first gig, Michael?" I asked as we walked in.

"No, Daisy said this is their fifth or sixth." He responded, shoving a hand in his pocket.

"I can't wait to hear them play." I said giddily.

"Calm down, bro." Luke laughed.

When the girls started playing I was at a loss for words, which wasn't too often. I couldn't take my eyes off Lyric. She was so concentrated on the music and having so much fun at the same time. Her voice filled my ears and I felt as if every single worry I've ever had, was just washed away, as if they never existed. She looked so perfect up on stage and it was then that I vowed to myself, that I would be with this girl. After the show ended, we met up with them

Lyric walked up to me and greeted, "Hey there, stranger. How'd you like the show?" Her smile was so genuine and pure and and I couldn't help but beam back at her.

"It was great. You guys can really rock." I complimented. "You are really good at what you do." I smiled down at her.

She blushed. "Thank you so much. But I think you guys are so much better."

"What? Oh no way! Bands of all guys are a dime a dozen, but you guys are doing a really good thing for guitars, and real music." I told her. "You don't see all girl rock bands everyday."

She laughed. "True."

We stood in silence while everyone was racing around. The world seemed to stop and in the only people that existed, were us. Her dark brown eyes still seemed to have a certain sparkle to them. Her smile lit up the entire room, and was so contagious that I caught myself smiling the entire time we talked. She was so lit up and excited about everything, talking with her hands and bursting with enthusiasm. She had some type of gravitational pull on me, and I wasn't intending on backing down from it.

"So, I was thinking, Lyric. We should go on an actual date." I rocked back and forth on my feet. "Whaddya think? Are you up for it?"

"Yes. I'd really like that." She beamed. "And I have the perfect idea. We could go to this local chain restaurant, Primanti's. Best food in town that you can't get anywhere else."

"Awesome! Tomorrow at 6 then?" I asked, running a hand through my hair nervously. Do I look okay?

"Yup. I'll be there." She giggled. "I'll see ya later, okay?" She waved goodbye and her and her friends left.

I stood there for a second, just smiling like a complete idiot. I caught up to the boys, pulling my hood over my head and hopping in the car.

*end of flashback*

"So the girls and I have decided to add a cover of End Up Here on our setlist for the show. What do you think?" Lyric asked me and Cal as the bus started down the highway.

"Sounds great." Cal answered before he chugged down an entire bottle of water.

"Alright boys! The only rule of the bus!" Tasia announced as she climbed on top of the table. "No shitting in that toilet or I will personally prosecute you."

As the band's 'badass', she got all up in their face and I just had to laugh, because she's really just a cuddly little baby, and I couldn't take her seriously.

"Ashton Irwin!! You ruin the badass thing for me EVERYTIME! Ugh!" She frowned and plopped back down in her seat, crossing her arms

"Anyways, Lyric and are gonna go in the back and plan a few things for the wedding." Calum waggled his eyebrows as I lead Lyr into the back room.
