Caroline is my best friend. Forever. Not to be cliché, but we've literally been through it all. When my boyfriend dumped me for some popular girl, Caroline was the one by my side with the ice cream and Netflix. When Caroline's parents were arguing, I was the one talking to her all night to distract her. And we talk about EVERYTHING. Boys, teachers, classmates, anything. And we both know each other will never say a word to anyone else.
I wouldn't call Caroline the outgoing type though. She's usually quite quiet, quirky, and keeps to herself, but that's alright. I know how when she's with her real friends (like me), she's so loud. And annoying sometimes. But who cares. I love her.
I wouldn't call myself the "smart girl". Pretty far from that. I mean I get B's, but I'm not like Caroline. She gets ALL A's, and a few B's. But anyway, I'm about the opposite of Caroline. I'm outgoing, and loud, and outspoken.
But I guess that's why we're best friends. Opposites attract.
