Chapter Thirty-Five

We belong Together.

"Ready to go out there and find our son" Melody looked up and as if by instant she felt a motherly instinct come over her and she got up all her courage "let's go" Pan smiled "that's my Rapunzel" Melody was taken back by how her true name sounded come out of her 'true loves' mouth her heart did skip a beat. So once out onto the lab floor she saw Snow White marked under the name 'Marissa' so these were code names for fairytales then one abandoned bed which read 'Rapunzel' then the name 'Melody' so Pan was not lying and Jason was or was not maybe he quite when he saved her or did not but all Melody knew was that she needed to hold Peter's hand so she grabbed his hand as they walked through each person scanning for the son Rumple.

Finally behind a locked door with a security clearance higher then there stolen key cards they saw Rumple with his new name 'Mr.Garrett Gold' Melody had a revelation one she had been putting off since Peter Pan's dramatic retelling of her life before life "my name is Rapunzel..and that's my BOY!" she turned to Pan to see if these feelings she was fighting since the beginning of his cruelty and possessiveness took over her soul now it was time to finally give him her heart which she has been resisting since Jason came in and took her away from everything and brought her to the precipice of insanity. "Kiss Me" Peter needed no other prompting soon they were kissing then in that moment when her heart erased Jason and allowed Pan in her memory's flowed through like fire burning in her brain all the love making with Peter the moment they met also when Rumple was born and how he was cruelly taken away from her and watching Peter in prison rotting for loving her made tears flow as Peter nudged her back to reality but the memory's still continued but now she was focused on getting her son back and finally getting her happily ever after.

Rapunzel now looked around with opened eyes and saw some scientist were looking at them but on there coats it said Mr and Mrs so the people they stole from were married but the door behind them was beyond there clearance. "Sorry..we're a little dazed today" Peter made a quick retort which defused the situation and suspicion now they had to get a level twelve clearance card but those clearances were reserved for high up scientists and geneticists so now the mission was to make friends and gather information.

"We'll do this together" Peter smiled and they began spreading out throughout the scientists making as many allies as they could but one scientist told Rapunzel a rumor which froze her where she stood and it was that "the leader of the agency is a criminal from Canada whose been using these test subjects for his own ends, i heard it's Jason McCann" then Rapunzel turned and ran into Peter's arms which held her tightly as she cringed at the memory's as Melody and what he did with her he almost destroyed her in every-way a person can be destroyed but thanks to Pete's resilience he never won.

"Did you know about Jason?" Peter looked at her and nodded "i tried to take you back but he never lost interest and i knew you were one of his favorite test subjects" Rapunzel only held on tighter and realized that reality was sinking in by the seconds as it all was a time of change in her mind and eyes. "I'll never go" Peter whispered in her ears but now life was easier and that hard rock on her heart was lifted and the truth is finally out.
