Chapter Thirty-Seven

Storming the town's city hall as it was called Rapunzel and Peter race against time to get rid of there loves greatest threat but Rapunzel remembers everything now and knowing she kissed Jason and nearly had sex with him made bile rise up to the point that she could taste it but she suppressed the need to vomit. Wondering how Peter felt she did not know how to tell him but this was under her old life as Melody which was all Jason's doing all the emotions and trials she went through as Melody Ariel Lane when she is really Rapunzel, continuing up the stair case Rapunzel tugged on Peter's shirt he stopped in his tracks she looked up at him "i love you" she said it the words she did not know she could feel he replied with "kiss me" she only smiled back at him "you don't gotta tell me twice" she went onto her tipsy toes to kiss him.

As there lips touched she felt not sparks but flames it was liquid fire between them he put his hands at rest on her hips pulling her waist inwards to press against his own stomach she then threw her arms around him and pulled them in around his neck then moving through his hair this kiss was enough to make the world stop and flood but they would never move. "Let's get him" she said with strong conviction in her voice and finally they got up the last step Peter began looking around the floor but there was on door with Jason's name on it as CEO of this place and no other people here not even guards this turned Rapunzel's stomach Jason had not considered herself and Peter a threat and was mocking them so Rapunzel broke away from Peter's hands and ran to the door and kicked it in.

"The door was unlocked" Jason said smirking in the dark room Rapunzel turned on the lights Peter followed suit after her he came upon Rapunzel she was running toward Jason and tried to tackle him out of his chair but he moved and she hit the window making it crack a little. Peter ran to her side she was only slightly hurt but got up quickly but in these seconds of weakness Jason had time to hit the panic button and soon a flood of guards came in to the office with gray uniforms and large guns. Peter and Rapunzel were outnumbered and out gunned so Rapunzel and Peter became desperate each looking for an escape route "give up and i'll be lenient with you two" Jason's mocking tone disgusted Rapunzel and no damned way was another tyrant like her father stand between her and Peter so she looked at the cracked window.

Peter nodded in disagreement Rapunzel kissed him "together" she said to him and he tightened his grip on her hands she smiled "forever" he replied Jason looked more then confused but soon realized there plan he tried to stop them his guards were moving in for a grab and them but they threw themselves at the window and plummeted to the cement below. Peter and Rapunzel now looked at one another and kissed each other Rapunzel memorized every detail about this kiss how Peter's lips were as soft as marshmallows also how his breath tasted like peppermint, they held there bodies so close and looked into each others eyes Peter falling into Rapunzel's blue eyes and she getting lost in his green eyes . Peter then did something unexpected he managed enough momentum to switch positions Rapunzel tried to switch places again but he gripped her to closed to tightly "live" Peter said to her but Rapunzel retorted "not without you!" but Peter only closed his eyes and she cried "please don't leave me" Peter looked at her and gave one last passionate kiss Rapunzel took it in and then nothing. Peter was either dead now or dying.
