We were relieved that it was her and not somebody evil or random. We were also curious as to why she was in the mansion.
"Guys, I need your help. Please," she said. "It is about my boyfriend Caleb."
That was when Jenny acted out of character, like she had no clue who Cindy was. She pulled out a taser gun from...somewhere...and aimed it at Cindy.
"Stay right where you are!" Jenny commanded.
"Jenny!" everyone except me exclaimed her name. I got in front of her and her taser and was mad as heck.
"Put down the taser!" I exclaimed angrily.
Jenny replied, "No."
"But it is just Cindy!"
She ignored me and moved her gun so that it was aiming at Cindy once again.
I grasped one of her wrists. "That is Cindy! Our friend! She is Caleb's girlfriend!"
"The monster."
"What?! She is no monster!"
She gave me a glare that could kill and pushed me away. "You do not see the monster that is behind her?!"
