It was the very next day and my father wasn't home as usual but mom was in the kitchen making breakfast and I sighed before grabbing an apple from the basket of fruit before trying to leave my house. My mom grabbed my shoulders and stopped me, she had a smile that seemed fake and I didn't want to be around her at all.

"Lyric, would you like a ride to school" Mom asked me and I just stared at her before shaking my head. I rushed to grab my backpack, it was sunny for once. No more rain, I didn't want to be soaked wet with a puddle. I had on my white vans with a pair of a leather jacket and I was adjusting my glasses that was placed on my face. I had my face into a book all about Greek mythology. I walked through the gates of hell before my books were pushed out of my hands and I sighed but I picked up my book before it was being kicked all the way down the hall. I sighed before rushing to grab it and that's when I noticed that Aaron had his foot on my book.

"Aaron come on give it back" I begged him and Aaron rolled his eyes before tearing the pages out of my book and I sighed but I picked each and every page. I kept thinking what is this. Is this middle school? Why in the world was I getting picked on in the first place. I saw Flora shaking her head at Aaron before rushing to my side and picked up my pages and hand it to me. She quickly rushed off before I could say anything to her. She rushed after her cheerleading friends and I sighed. I stuffed the pages into my book right as the bell signaled that I was late to my class. I walked through the doors of my classroom with my head down and I rushed to the back of the class. I sat down while I tried to write down the notes but I looked down at the pages. I saw it was blood on my page and I rushed out of the classroom and to the bathroom and the teacher didn't even notice that I was gone. I told you I was invisible and nobody would even notice little Lyric Green gone. I looked in the mirror to see that blood was coming from my ears and my nose. I didn't know why I was bleeding, I was slightly freaking out and I didn't know what to do. I dialed my mom's phone number with the cell phone I had. She answered it with a happy humming in the process.

"Mom" I told her and she stopped humming. "My ears are bleeding and my nose won't stop bleeding. What is going on with me" I complained to her while I heard a loud screeching in my ears and I fell to ground begging for the hurting to stop. "Make it stop" I groaned and blood kept landing on the bathroom floor and that's when I saw Aaron and his teammates feet on the floor. I was hoping they were going to leave me alone but I knew that wasn't going to happen because I never had much luck before.

"Aaron, I think we should get help and fast" I heard his teammate told Aaron and Aaron rolled his eyes before kicking me in my stomach and I groaned but I still had my head in my hands while I was on the dirty bathroom floor. "Come on man, you already had your fun. Let him go" His teammate which I realized was Red was trying to be on my side and I was grateful for that. I heard the nurse coming through the bathroom door and that's when I felt being placed on a stretcher and my mom was gripping my hands tightly. I started losing oxygen and I felt the paramedics placed an oxygen mask over my face. I felt my eyes closed shut and let's say the next time I woke up; I was in my room back at home. Mom was arguing with someone; I didn't recognize the person.

"Oh, you up" I heard the guy say and sat down on my bed and I looked at my mom. She was rubbing the back of her neck with nerves. Something happened and now they didn't know what to say to me.

"Who are you" I asked the guy and mom was shaking her head at me.

"Wow, I'm already forgotten, I see how it is. Apollo the true form of a god no disguise" Apollo mentioned to me with his crooked smile and I just tilted my head at him while mildly shocked at him. "What, I can't be on Earth in my true form. A lot of mortals would be shocked" Apollo shrugged his shoulders and I sighed while laying my head back. I had a headache.
