i apologize if this is horribly written bc my laptop broke 😂
michael stared at the road, his left hand on the steering wheel, right hand(on that pussy) on the arm rest. lauren was playing with his bracelets, smiling slightly.
as soon as he pulled up to calum's house, he saw the curtain open, the groaned as he got out. "i called you, like fifty times!" calum exclaims through the window.
"i was doing something, calum." michael's eyes flicker back to lauren stepping out from the car. "we'll be at my house."
"ive got to go to my grams. i don't want her telling my family she saw me." lauren frowns, looking up at michael. "will you come with me?"
"no, you need to do this by yourself."
"but nana said i could bring you. plus, she's making cookies, you can't turn down cookies." lauren smiles up at him, giggling. michael's eyes brightened at her giggle, nodding.
"fine, let me grab something." michael smiles, turning around to a calum in the window, hands on his chin, grinning.
"you guys are so adorbs." calum laughs at michael's reaction to the word he used.
"i- lets go. i forgot what i wanted."
lauren was smiling widely, because michael grabbed her hand. not like the other times, this time their fingers were locked together. "thank you, michael."
"you're welcome, babe."

michael and lauren sat in the living room, her nana walking in with a plate of chocolate chip cookies. "lauren, where have you been? and tell the truth."
"out. they don't respect me anymore so i left. nana, i don't want to talk about this."
"we're not. i just wanted to ask, and tell you that your sister is getting married. i told her i found you, and you're invited with whoever your date is." her grandmother spoke, lauren pouting. michael grabbed her hand.
"im not going."
"you have to, it's your sisters wedding." michael spoke.
"you skipped your mother's birthday. what's the difference?" lauren sasses, avoiding curse words since her grandparents are in here. michael bit into a cookie, keeping his mouth occupied so he didn't start an argument.
"please?" her grandfather spoke for the first time since they've been here. "she needs sisterly support."
"she has another sister."
"she's twelve! she's still learning what sex is." grandfather spoke again, michael smirking.
lauren stands up, leaving out of the house, just like she left michael at seven eleven. "lauren!" michael exclaims.
the grandparents sigh, "could you please try and get her there?" nana hands over an invitation.
"ill try,"
