I looked around at the ghosts wailing and weeping, the epitome of woe.
'It's changed dramatically,' Ito murmured as he looked around.
I didn't reply because I didn't have the information to say yes.
'This never was the idea for Torture City at all. Even though it has an evil sounding name, it used to be peaceful. People used to live in harmony here until Azurewrath came and ruined it,' Ito sighed.
'Same for earth, it used to be peaceful, well as peaceful as it could get, until Azurewrath ruled Hell,' I said.
'It's time,' Crescentia said,'everyone get in place. Ambrosia, you stand over there.' She pointed to a spot in front of a dark warehouse.
'You don't wanna go there,' Ito said.
'Why?' I asked.
'You just don't, ok?' Ito told me.
'Ok... well how about over there?' I pointed to the centre where a statue of Azurewrath stood.
'Perfect,' Crescentia and Ito said simultaneously.
I walked over to the statue and saw what the plaque said.
Azurewrath in Battery City 0BC.
0BC? The beginning of time and space.
'3... 2... 1... and go!' Crescentia signalled for me to start.
'This is Torture City, one of the megacities in Hell. It holds the highest rate of torture just as its name suggests. This place used to live in harmony before Azurewrath become king and changed all that. We are halfway through this war and we will win this.
'Hell is being destroyed by the one you thought would protect you. He is turning families against each other and making each and every one of us fight each other. Some of us are on each other's side but some of us aren't.
'I am here tonight to destroy this statue of Azurewrath and show him he can't scare me anymore.'I made a fire flame appear in my palm and put it against the base of the statue to set it alight.
I watched as the flames rose upwards as they engulfed the statue. I showed Azurewrath I wasn't scared of him and if he couldn't take that then that's his problem.
~Azurewrath's P.O.V~
I watched the video of Ambrosia burning the statue of me in Torture City.'HOW DARE SHE!' I yelled louder than usual.
'What is it?' My helper asked.
'GET THE BEST OF THE BEST AND TELL THEM TO FIND AMBROSIA,' the whole building seemed to shake as I shouted,'NOW!'
'Right on it, sir!' The worm I called a helper squeaked.
I walked to where the hourglass was and smirked. They were never going to get to it no matter how hard they tried.
The smirk turned into a grin as I watched the hourglass show a blazing fire that was headed straight for them.
They weren't going to win no matter what.
~Ambrosia's P.O.V~
I looked around at the buildings around me.'What's that smell?' Hikari asked.
I sniffed the air as the smell of sulphur filled my lungs, making me cough.
'Run!' I yelled as I ran blindly through the streets. I didn't know where I was headed but as long as I got away from the sulphuric smell I would be fine.
'Ambrosia, don't move,' Hikari hissed.
I saw a guardian I had never seen before. It was bigger than the ones more common in the streets.
'Uhh... hello?' I said tentatively.
The guardian gave a massive roar which made me stagger back.
'What are you waiting for?! Run!' I yelled as I ran into the direction of the fire.
The fire was still a roaring blaze but I ran into it, not caring about it anymore. I was made of fire, well, lava, but you know what I mean, so I couldn't be burnt.
'Ambrosia! What are you doing?!' Hikari yelled after me as the guardian gained on us.
It roared again, this time making the others run once again.
'Oh shit. AMBROSIA!' I heard Crescentia yell.
I turned around and saw the guardian holding her in its grasp.
I ran towards her and the guardian to try and get it to drop Crescentia.
A black hole looking hole opened below the guardian as it opened its fingers, dropping Crescentia into the hole.
I looked down before the hole closed. There were only three people left. Me, Ito and Hikari.
'No!' I yelled, tears forming in my eyes.
The guardian turned and left, leaving me to greave the loss of my best friend.
'Crescentia,' I whispered shakily.
'Ambrosia!' Hikari ran over and hugged me, comforted me yet I still cried.
'HEY!' I yelled, making the guardian turn around,'WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!'
Without a sound, the guardian turned around again and left for good, I never saw it again after that.
The tears fell down my cheeks, making a hissing sound each time they hit lava. I welcomed the pain.
I was done with this, I knew I had to win for Crescentia, for Jiin, for Kofo.
And especially for Vrosvurs.
