'So where to?' Hikari asked me.

'I guess we look for Azurewrath?' I said, unsure.

As I walked down the corridor, I touched each bust I walked past with the tip of my finger for luck.

I came across a door that said Office of Azurewrath, please knock before entering carved into it.

I knocked on the door and waited for an answer.

None came.

I knocked again and still no reply came.

'Where is he?' I grunted.

The television mounted on the wall suddenly switched on to Azurewrath standing, waiting for me to meet him.

'Ambrosia, you're wondering where I am, aren't you? Well, I'm in the centre, the place where we first met that day. That day where we vowed we would be best friends for life! But look where that got us!
'I will be here, waiting, no matter how long it takes for you to get here. I have cleared the route of any dangers if you choose to meet me.'

The television went black as it crackled with static.

'So we need to meet him, right?' Hikari asked.

I nodded,'right.'

We went out the way we came, past the busts of the rulers and past the candles.

We reached the elevator at the end of the hallway and pressed the button to the ground floor.

'So this is where life is no longer a valid option, huh?' Raitoningu remarked.

I nodded, he was right after all. Azurewrath wanted to meet me and he was.

The elevator stopped after about five minutes.

As I stepped out, I saw the Katakanas were no longer there. They were with Azurewrath, fighting for their king.

'Come on,' I led the others the way we came and saw that the world had changed. It seemed darker.

Unless it was already dark to begin with.

'It seems surreal now. One minute we were fighting our way to even get here and the next minute we're here!' I commented.

As we walked on, the surroundings changed. The streets were burnt down, the fire must've burnt them down, the houses were destroyed and raided.

'It's changed so much,' Itos' voice cracked as he spoke.

I put an arm around his shoulder as the tears rolled down his cheeks.

'Ito, we're gonna sort this out, trust me. After this, Azurewrath won't be able to change anything,' I assured him.

He nodded and wipe his eyes,'I'm sorry, boys don't cry.'

'But real men do,' I told him.

I looked at the surrounding area and saw scorch marks on the floor. A sign Azurewrath was close by.

'Tread carefully,' I told everyone.

We kept our eyes out for danger and Azurewrath. We were about to go into the fight of our lives and maybe we'd win this one and then everything will be back to normal, once and for all.

The smell of lava became like second nature to us as we walked through the city to meet Azurewrath.

'Woah!' I held Hikari back just as he was about to fall into lava.

'There's lava pools everywhere,' Mei remarked.

I nodded,'he said that he got rid of every dange-.'

I was cut off short by a voice coming from close by.

'Finally!' Azurewrath grinned when I finally lay my eyes on him.

'At long, long last,' I said as I walked up to him.

He jumped down from his perch and walked closer.

'We are going to end this once and for all,' he hissed.

I nodded and held out my palm which held something I had picked up on the way to meeting Azurewrath.

'You found it, huh?' Azurewrath grinned.

'Well, clearly,' I said in a cocky tone of voice.

The grin finally faded from his face and was replaced by a glare.

'You will pay, Ambrosia, even if you win you'll still pay for everything thing you did,' he hissed in my face.

'Whatever,' I yawned, bored already.

Geez! This guy was all talk and no fun!

Azurewrath covered my mouth with his hand and pulled a flask out of his pocket.

The same weapon that had knocked me down in the first war.

'I will win, and you won't,' he grinned menacingly.

He flicked the lid off and tipped the flask over as a drop fell on my skin, making me yelp.

If I couldn't win, no one could.
