Kakashi p.o.v

The sound of chirping like bird noises emitted from the blue lightning that I had in my hand. As I ran toward the final enemy and directed my blast toward him. I saw a girl with short brown hair and purple marks step in front of me in front of my blast. But before I could take the blast back. It was already too late I had already stabbed it through her heart. And as I pulled it out she coughs up a sum of red blood from her mouth and was already falling toward me. She then mouthed a single name my name before she fell onto me. I then closed my eyes for a second wishing this wasn't real. That this was a nightmare that I hadn't just killed one of my comrades that I hadn't just broken my promise to Obito. But when I opened my eyes again expecting to wake up all I saw was here on me. I then gave her one last tight hug wrapping my free arm around her and hugged her tightly. Before letting go and letting her fall into the waiting arms of another person. With long black hair and blue eyes whose face was stained with tears. She was wearing a leaf village jounin vest. Then she looked toward me with a single glance that made my heart ark for a moment a look of sadness. The last thing I saw was darkness and when I opened my eyes this time. I saw the ceiling of my bedroom in my apartment. The same dream for the second day in the row that's odd I thought to myself before sitting up off my bed. I tried to shake it off. Maybe I'm just imagining things I thought. Trying to get my mind off of Rin. I felt myself thinking about the events of last night.

*Yesterday*

I had walked into the office the mysterious joniun had been standing there. I had wanted to say something to her but she left before I could.

"Who is she", I asked looking at Minato-sensei.

"Oh, that's Uta a joniun from the sand. Formally from the leaf village, I had tasked her to watch over the sand's tailed beast holder. But I called her back to help you handle team seven. Regarding that Sasuke Uchiha is on the team and maybe target on missions due to his newly Sharingan", Minato-sensei said with his hands folded. For some reason, when he said that I felt something was off. Before I could say anything Danzo walked into the room.

"I think it would be better if Kakashi rejoined the anbu. He is more suited to those types of things given his past", Danzo responded.

"Danzo we already discussed that matter at a recent meeting. You were the one who suggested that Jay join Kakashi as Team seven leader", Lord third said.

"Yes, but since then I've thought it over. Besides Hiruzen we are already risking it as it is. With her returning to the leaf what if he remembers", Danzo said then stopped when he realized I was in the room.

"Kakashi you are dismissed", Minato-sensei told me. I bowed then left the room closing the door behind me. Thinking over what had happened. When I reached my apartment door I found a Kireina with her long hair flowing loosely down, dressed in loosely fitting outfit standing outside the door. Not again I thought I told her it meant nothing. She has been doing this every night since it happened thinking we are a couple when I told her we aren't I thought before letting out a groan.

"Kakashi", Kiriena cried running into my arms.

"Kireina as I said before and I will say again. What we did was a one-night thing we were both intoxicated. It didn't mean anything to me", I told her trying to push her off of me.

"But Kakashi", she started.

"Kireina I said it before and I will say it again just because we did it doesn't mean we are together", I repeated clearly to her. Before slamming in her face locking it behind me. I could hear her bang on the door calling out my name. I fixed dinner taking some to give some to her. I may not feel the same as she does but I can't let her freeze I thought when I opened the door. She was gone. I closed the door back and put the leftovers in the fridge settled down and began to read my book. My thoughts drifting to the woman I had meant before. My eyes began to feel heavy with her consuming my thoughts.

*Present*

I finished getting ready pulled my mask up shut and locked my apartment door making my way to the training ground. To see her standing alone I found myself walking over to her.

"Hi", I greeted only to get stone-cold silence. We stood there not saying anything until the kids came.

"Kakashi-sensei is on time for once.", Sakura said impatiently.

"Yeah, but who is the beautiful lady standing next to him?", Naruto asked.

"You idiot obviously she's Kakashi-sensei girlfriend", Sakura said hitting Naruto on the head. "Right sensei?"

"Sorry, Sakura I am afraid this time you are wrong. In fact, I hardly know her. This is Uta and from now on she will be apart of our team", I explained. "So I want all of you to introduce yourselves"

"Believe it I'm Naruto Uzumaki and my dream to be the greatest Hokage. Even better than the old man.", Naruto said. He is sure full of energy this morning I thought.

"I'm Sakura Haruno kunoichi in training", Sakura said. Always straight to the point.

"Sasuke Uchiha my mission is to avenge my family", Sasuke said. All Sasuke cares about is killing his brother.

"I am excited for training no more of this beginner stuff I want a chance to prove myself", Naruto said pumping his fists into the air.

"I understand Naruto. Now take it easy will you", I told him. To see Jay smile. I wonder what that's about I asked myself.

"If you are done. Can we start training", I asked. To hear a chorus or yes.
