Baby nicole is Two years old now and john and I have a happy one year marriage . I am on cloud 9 right now . John will not give me a break everynight he wants me and I give it to him cause I can't say no . I was at Smackdown and I was feeling sick . I gave up my match and went to doc . I texted john and he came .
"Whats up ", john said kissing me
" I'm feeling sick ", I said
"Where is your tummy hurting you ", he asked
"Yes really bad ". I said crying
"Don't cry our daughter don't want to see that ", john said hugging me .
"Ok so nicole I really don't know what is wrong with you so you need to do an MRI immediately ", the doctor said
"Ok ", I said coming out of doc's office and I began to cry
" Why are you crying , you look so beautiful and hot ", john said trying to make me smile
"John I'm going to the OBGYNE ", I said
"Ok I'm coming ", he said holding Coco's Hand
"Ok come on ", I said

"Ok so mrs. Cena what's wrong ", doc said
"Well when I was at work practising my belly started paining me ", I said
"Ok so first we are do a ultra sound and move from there ", doc said
"Ok thank you doc ", john said as I lay down on the bed and he pushed the sick in me . I feel so weird cause john is right infront of me looking .
"Ok so nicole here is the screen look right here ", he said
"Yea ", I said
"Your one month pregnant ". He said as john face lightened
"Thank you so much doc ", john said kissing me
"So can I get something for the pain ", I asked
"Yea just ask the nurse ". He said
"Ok ", I said as he walked out the room .
"Ok so we have another baby coming ", john said
"Yea I'm happy and I know you are happy cause you have been bugging me all year long ", I said smiling and kissing me
"Coco mommy is gonna have another baby ", john said
"Yayyyy !! ", Coco said
"Come on mommy misses you ", I said
"Momma momma ", she said running to me
" ok ready to go ", john Said hugging me from behind
" Yea ", I said holding Coco"s hands
" Love you my beautiful wife ", he said kissing me
"Love you too ", I said and we went home
