'One week after Riverdale High and Southside High merging into one, everything was normal. But yet it was so different. For example, Archie Andrews, on the surface, he was preparing for basketball as he does every winter season. But underneath, he was falling apart. Especially since the unexpected visit from the FBI. Meanwhile, the town was preparing to celebrate it's founding father, General Agustus Pickens.
And one a great note, Mila and I we seemed to be best friends again... and there was nothing more i could of asked for.'

Mila and Jughead were sat next to each other on in History where they each had to give a presentation. Currently it was Cheryl giving her presentation and Jughead was writing on his laptop. "Eye's up front, Mr. Jones." The teacher called out.

"Thank you, Mrs. Haggly." Cheryl sighed, "As i was saying, each year we honor the memory of General Pickens, but few know the truth. That it was my great-great-great-grandpappy Colonel Barnabas B. Blossom, who bankrolled General Pickens' settlement of, an eden along the river of Sweetwater, where  maple tress grown taller then the steeples of Europe's grandest cathedrals. Which is why every year i petition the mayors office to rename Pickens da-" The bell rang, cutting Cheryl off and Mila sighed in relief.

"Thank god." She mumbled, Jughead laughed shaking his head.

"You don't wanna sit through another of Cheryl's lectures?" Jughead teased, Mila gave him a playful glare which he just laughed at.

"Mr. Jones, Ms. James." Mrs. Haggly called out, the two looked up with wide eyes, "We'll be looking forward to your oral history report next week."

The two teens sighed, getting up and walking out of the classroom. Heading home.

The Northside- Southside group of Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and Mila with Kevin were sitting in the lounge looking at Betty's long lost brother. "Wow, he is fetching for someone who was on skid row." veronica said, looking at the picture of Chic, handing it back to Betty.

"Yeah, he's a hottie who looks incredibly familiar to me by the way." Kevin said, looking over the photo as well.

"Your adventures in the woods?" Jughead asked, quirking a brow.

"I don't know, but maybe if we were allowed to meet this hottie in person..."

"Oh come on, he can't be that hot." Mila said, shaking her head. Yet to see a picture of Chic, Veronica arched a brow, taking the phone again, passing it to Mila, she sighed, taking the phone and then her eyes widened, "Holy shit... i stand corrected."
Jughead scoffed, sitting back, Mila looked down to Jughead confused but he didn't look up at her, he continued to look straight ahead.

Betty chuckled at Mila's reaction and then sighed, "He's still... acclimating. And i'm trying to get him to trust me, but my mom's treating him like a kid and my dad's acting as if he's Satan himself."

"Well i have an amazing idea." Veronica commented, "Bring him to Pickens day, so we can all meet him. Everyones coming right?"

"No, cause the serpents weren't invited." Jughead stated, looking to Veronica.

"Uh, the serpents were specifically asked to come." Veronica shot back, Mila scoffed standing up.
