Mila banged on the door to Penny's place, Jughead beside her, "Are you ready?" Jughead asked.

"As ready as i'll ever be." She smiled, the door opened.

"Fp? You're early." Penny frowned seeign it was Mila and jughead. "Mila, i thought-"

"I'm taking over tonight." Mila said, pushing her way into the loft, Mila noticed the look on Penny's face seeing Jughead, "Are you just going to stand there or?"

"Uh, yeah. Wanna give me a hand with this stuff?" Penny asked, walking past them. Mila nodded and the other serpents filed into the room. "We can wait for Fp, he'll be here in like, 20 minutes."

"I wouldn't worry about that." Jughead stated, "Like Mila said, She's taking over tonight. And neither of us will be here." Penny turned around seeing all the serpents, Penny sighed slightly, shaking her head.

"Is this supposed to scare me?" Jughead nodded, sending them forward, Mila walking along the serpents in masks. "I would not do this if i were you."

"Shut up, Penny." Mila seethed, grabbing onto Penny.

"You are making a mis-" Sweet pea put a bag over her head muffling her words. Penny started to shout as he lifted her over his shoulder taking her out of the place.

The serpents had taken Penny to the forest, Mila shoved the blonde onto the ground and Toni pulled off the hood. "Where am i?" Penny asked. Jughead stepped forward with a slight smirk.

"In Greendale." Jughead responded. "Your new home, but frankly, Penny, i don't care where you go, as long as it's not Riverdale, and not with the serpents." Jughead stated, crouching down to her level, "You wanna deal drugs, you wanna extort people, that's all you. But not on the Southside. That belongs to us."

Penny chuckled at Jughead, "You stupid, cocky kid. Serpent law says ou can't hurt one of your own." Penny smirked, Mila hummed walking forward.

"Take her jacket." Mila ordered, Sweet Pea and Fangs rushed forward, forcing the jacket off of her. "You're not a serpent, Penny. Well at least not anymore. I'm kicking you out." She said, holding the jacket in her hands. Jughead smirked as Mila stood behind him, he stood up and stood beside Mila.

"Oh Penny, it's time you learned." Jughead started to slip off his own jacket, laying it on the ground. "Grab her." This time Toni and Sweet Pea grabbed her, Penny struggling against them.

"What are you doing?" She asked frantically, "Get off of me." Jughead flicked open his switch blade, walking forward, it pointed to Penny.

"That tattoo doesn't make you a serpent." Jughead started to carve off Penny's tattoo, Mila watched, her head tilted. Penny's screams filled the air. But Mila couldn't help but smile.

The teen serpents decided to go out, But not to the Wrym, and not to the tracks, they wanted to be normal kids. So they went to Pop's without their jackets. Toni, Sweet Pea, Fangs and Mila. The four walked in laughing. The previous event forgotten. The bell rang and Mila turned her head looking for a booth when her eyes fell on her friends, Archie, Veronica, Betty and Jughead. They all looked at her with sad smiles, Jughead's face blank.

"Hey, M. Come on." Sweet Pea called from the booth across the Diner from the four. Mila gave them a small smile, then walking over to the serpents group. She sat next to Sweet Pea, his arm around the booth. Jughead stared at the four serpents, eyes narrowed on Sweet pea.

"Are you two okay?" Betty asked. Jughead sighed turning around.

"I don't know, we were fine earlier but... i messed up guys." Jughead sighed. Archie frowned at his friend, looking over to Mila's table to see she wasn't happy either.

"You were doing what you thought was best." Betty tried comforting him.

"It's been almost two weeks and we've barely spoken to each other." Jughead groaned.

"Maybe... that connections lost." Veronica frowned, Jughead looked up wide eyes. "It's just a thought."

The next day, Christmas morning, Mila sat in her room, staring at the present. She sighed, picking it up, deciding to open it. She ripped the paper back and in it was a small black box, she sighed, opening it to see forever bracelets. A black one with one white bead and engraved on it it said 'angel'.
She got so sentimental over a little bracelet that she laughed through the tears. She looked at the other box in the corner of her room, a present she had gotten for Jughead. She sighed, picking it up and walking out of the trailer.

She walked across the small dirt path, carrying the small present. She knocked on the door, it almost automatically opening. She was met face to face with Jughead, he looked down to her wrist to see the bracelet on her hand. "You got my gift."

"Yeah, i like it. A lot, thank you." She smiled. He nodded.

"I uh, i have one to." He stated, showing her the matching bracelet, except his was white with a black bead. She smiled and he scratched the back of his neck, "I got 'em before..."

"Yeah." She nodded, "I um, i got you something to." She said, holding out the little box.

"You didn't have to, It's fi-"

"Jughead, take the damn gift." She chuckled, he chuckled as well. Opening it, he pulled back the paper to see a little black box as well, he looked up to her but she was looking down, he pulled the box open seeing a silver chain with a crown at the end.
Engraved in the crown it said 'My King.' "I guess we both kinda had the same idea."

"Thank you, i love it."

"Merry Christmas, Jug." She smiled, walking back to her trailer.
