At school, the group was all sitting together. "I just loved your spin piece in the paper, Olivia Pope." Jughead glared.
"Guys, can we not?" Veronica groaned.
"Did you know about Southside High closing?'
"Or the prison?' Mila added. Veronica closed her eyes, rubbing her temple.
"Of course not. It was all her parents doing, right V?" Betty defended. Mila quirked a brow, Betty was bipolar about the whole thing. One minute she was one Mila and Jughead's side, the next she was defending Veronica. Veronica gave a look to Archie that Mila noticed and Archie sighed.
"Guys, she didn't know. Okay? SO back off." Archie glared. Mila chuckled shaking her head.
"That's fine, i have to conserve my energy." Jughead grumbled. Mila frowned slightly and jughead sighed, placing his hand on her thigh. "I'm going on a hunger strike," Jughead looked over to Mila again. "We're going on a hunger strike to protest Southside High closing and to get it reopened."
Veronica rolled her eyes at the couple, taking a swig of her drink. Mila narrowed her eyes sligthly. Archie scoffed, taking a bite of hi sandwhich.
"What?" Jughead asked with a frown.
"A hunger strike? I mean, Mila could, but you? You're just always eating. I mena good luck with that, but-"
"Hey, at least they're taking a prerogative to protesting peacefully, and we all know that Mila doesn't always go the peaceful route...." Betty started.
"Hey." Mila cut in.
"You know it's true." Betty stated, Mila shrugged and nodded, "So, we should support them, right?" The group nodded. Ethel walked up to the table, a cup in hand.
"Veronica?"
"Oh, hey, Ethel." Veronica said with a small smile.
"For your crimes against the town of Riverdale, and for everything that you and your family have done and continue to do," People started to look over to the table and Mila could tell where this was going. "we find you guilty. Your sentece is this." Ethel chcuked the Milkshake at Veronica causing the whole table to gasp. People started laughing around the cafeteria as Ethel ran away.
"Come on, V." Betty said, she gestured for Mila to come and the Southside teen stood up. "I'll go check if i have any extra clothes in my locker, M bathroom." Mila led Veronica to the bathroom, looking for anyone who would have vendetta against Veronica.
It was obvious the raven-haired girl was in shock, as they entered the bathroom, both girld started to turn on all three sinks and wet paper towels to get the milkshake out of her hair and off her face.
The girls were quietly cleaning up Veronica when Betty walked in with extra clothes. "Here."
Veronica walked into a stall to change and then came back out to start on her hair again. "The chilling thing about all this is that Ethel went through the trouble of brining that milkshake here from Pop's." Betty sighed, "I mean, how mad is she?"
