'On the eve of the Mayoral debate as Archie Andrews goes door-to-door, he doesn't mention the murder of his classmate, Midge Klump. Most people believe Midge was murdered by someone else, but not Archie. He was certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the black hood was back, as was his next-door neighbor, Betty Cooper. 

Who had, in fact, laid eyes on the Black hood and suspected he was much closer.'

The trio of Mila, Betty, and Jughead were walking down the streets of Riverdale on the cold, gloomy day. "Any word from Chic?" Mila asked looking over to her blonde friend. 

"No, he hasn't called since i took him to the bus station. So, who knows? Maybe he's gone for good." Betty shrugged, lying to her friends. Last night, she had taken her imposter brother to the black hood, letting the killer of Riverdale to decide his fate. 

The group walked in silence for a minute until Jughead sighed, speaking up. 

"Hey, the silver lining to all this Chich stuff over the last couple of weeks is...that's as bad as it gets, Betty." Jughead sighed. "It can't get worse, how could it?" 

"Don't jinx it."  Mila whined.

"My dad could be the black hood."  Betty blurted out. Mila huffed, shaking her head. 

"And you jinxed it." 

Jughead playfully rolled his eyes at his girlfriend before looking to Betty and scoffing. "Yeah, okay. Well, that would be worse." Betty frowned, slowly trailing behind the couple, not wanting to tell them her suspicions.

"Warbaby called my father from Shankshaw, her olf adversaries, the Ghoulies, had been released." The serpents all looked to each other as Jughead spoke, Toni and Mila sharing a knowing look. "Word on the street is they want Serpent blood." 

"What else is new?" Mila sighed. 

"They're gunning for a re-match. They want war. " The door was pushed open, making everyone look over to the door seeing Reggie, Archie, Kevin, and Moose walking in. 

"Which one of you reptiles was screwing Midge Klump?" Reggie sneered. 

"Excuse you, What the hell is going on?" Mila glared. 

"This is a private meeting,"  Jughead added. Reggie rolled his eyes, looking over to the Serpents. 

"I'm guessing it was you, Sweet Pea." Reggie accused. Sweet pea walked over, moving between Mila and Jughead. 

"Reggie, that's enough," Archie warned, pushing his fellow Bulldog back. 

"You ass, i didn't even know Midge." Sweet Pea argued. "But yeah, i get why she wouldn't want fleas from you mangy bulldogs!"

Reggie reached over, shoving Sweet Pea back. Sweet Pea automatically raised his fist, Jughead pulling Mila back as a fight broke out.

"Reggie, No!" Archie called out. 

"Hey, hey, hey," Jughead called out, trying to get to the serpents. He looked to Mila who stood up on the desk.
