(Y/N)'s POV:
The year is 2013 and I am living in an alternate timeline with my husband Loki Laufeyson. I went looking for him with Steve when he decided to return the stones. We found him living in an alternate Asgard.
Time stands still here, Loki and I are free and so are our children. Johnathan Heimdal Lokison and Natalia Frigga Lokison. They were two years apart in age and loved their father more than anything, as did I.
"We want to play in the garden, Mother," My daughter would ask me with a smile spread across her face as she held her little brother's hand. "Ask your dad what he has planned for the day and then come back to me." My son smiled big and then ran off to his father.
My daughter and I stayed in the golden main room as I braided her hair for her. She had hair like her uncle Thor. Long, blonde, and silky. Perfect for braids.
"Father said we can play in the garden as long as mommy wants to make a whole afternoon out of it," My son said with a smile up to his dad as he held his hand while walking in the room. Loki smiled at his son and then up at me and his daughter as I finished her hair. "What do you say, Love?" Loki asked me while he sat down next to his daughter on the floor at my feet.
I smiled at him as our children ran off into the other room. I started to run my fingers through his hair and he called over a guard. "Get our picnic gear ready and our children in a nice change of clothes," Loki said while the guard nodded in response. I continued to play with Loki's hair and then I soon enough put flowers in hair as well.
"Shall we go to the garden now, Darling?" He asked me with a smirk. I smiled and we held hands as we walked down the hall to find our children. We found them waiting for us in the great hall. Our son was wearing a green shirt with a golden ribbon lacing the edges while our daughter wore a silk white dress with blue lacing the edges.
Loki smiled at me and with a wave of his hands, I had changed into a gorgeous dress to wear in the garden with our family.
We walked down to the garden and our kids picked flowers for me while Loki and I set up the picnic. We had a beautiful blanket with a basket of food and some drinks. If you are wondering how we carried it all out there just know that it was already out there just ready for us to dig in.
Loki and I sat and talked sweet nothings to each other while our children adventured into the great outdoors. "Come eat!" I yelled out to my children. They came running back to us quickly and my son handed me a bundle of flowers. My daughter went to sit next to her father while my son sat with me. We ate and talked. It truly was a wonderful day.
"We want to play some more," My son said with a mouth full of food. I smiled at him and my husband laughed at him nearly choking. "Finish eating and then take your sister with you. We will be heading back inside shortly," I said while cleaning off my son's face with a napkin. I then looked over to Loki who now had food all over himself. I giggled to myself and cleaned him off as well.
Shortly after that, our children finished eating and then ran off to go play some more. Loki and I cleaned up our children's messes and our own before we started to pack everything away and call our children back to us.
When we reached our home, Loki took our children to their nanny while I walked back to our room. I changed into my sleepwear and made our bed. When Loki walked in he went to sit on the bed and he took the flowers out of his hair. I smiled as he also put on his sleepwear.
I then got into bed and Loki stood in the doorway smiling at our children who slept in the room across the hall. "Goodnight my children," He whispered sweetly to them.
