I swear I could've closed the door a hundred times gentler but I don't really give a damn now.

I let out an exasperated sigh followed by a scream of stress. God, I needed that so much.

"Hey kitten." Taehyung greeted cheerfully from the hall but I didn't pay attention to him. I just don't want to pour out this day's frustrations on him.

"Ugh. I hate this day." I faced away from him and pull my hair. I am fucking pissed.

"Rough day?" His gorgeous face came into my view, almost enough to send my bad mood away.

"Fucking exhausting." I walked towards our room with him padding after me. "First, I got stuck in the traffic. Then I got so late for my meeting with Seokjin, it was so embarassing that I had to make them wait. I mean, he was chill with it and all but still--! I had Hoseok nag at me all day due to my unpunctuality. Then I was on my last painting and guess what? I just had to trip over and add a very unnecessary splatter of paint in it!"

"Calm down, kitten." Taehyung tried to soothe me as I stood up harshly from the bed and faced the window.

"God, this day absolutely hates me." I still have Hoseok's voice in my ears and the stupid line in my painting right before my eyes. It was done! I was almost done with it!

"Baby.." Taehyung spun me around, making me face him. He held me by my waist as I rolled my eyes and looked down. I know what he's about to do. "Babe."

"No. No, Kim Taehyung. Not now." The pads of his thumb began circling the sides of my waist as I feel my frustration actually being gone. He pinched my chin and tilted my head up making me look up at him and there it is. That smile again.

You see, Taehyung has that smile that should be illegal in 67 countries. It could kill and make every woman strip down to nothing when he flashes you that smile. That billion-- trillion dollar smile that seems to always work on me.

"Damn. I hate you." I muttered as I feel myself smiling as well. Yes, he's that contagious.

"I like you very much too." He kissed my forehead lightly. "Go get changed and I'll heat up the food okay? It's time to eat dinner."

3RD PERSON'S POV

"Kitten? I'm sleepy." The hunched figure of the ashen ghost appeared on the door of her small workspace.

"Then go to sleep, baby." She smiled at him and focused on the work she would have been done with if it wasn't for her clumsiness. The boy strides towards his girl to peep at her work.

"I can't sleep without you. Come to bed already. It's late." He doesn't care if he sounds whiny and needy. Because he really is. He craves more and more of her each day. He should be frightened, he knows that. Because he has nothing to offer to his beloved compare to the riches a living guy out there can. But he isn't even bothered, all because of her. Everything about him spins around her and he loves it.
