"You're alive to me, Taehyung." He let out a humorless chuckle and looked at me.
"Too bad they've killed me years ago."

"Why are we here again?" My friend, Emerie asked me as we trek and walked towards the more isolated part of the cemetery.
"Why? Is the baby scared?" I mocked.
"Shut up, Y/N. I will forever regret this decision." Em mumbled making me chuckle. I stepped more carefully because the grass at this part of the cemetery is left to grow up to my knee.
I feel giddy as I scan my surroundings. The atmosphere is absolutely creepy. Just how I expected it to be. The night has gone deep and the insects began to make noises. But nevertheless, it's silent. The only light that we have is from the moon and from these cheap flashlights we got from the convenient store. The smell of the dewy grass fills the air as we cautiously take every step. And oh, we're surrounded by dead people buried 6 feet under.
"It's getting really creepy, Y/N. I think we should head back." Jimin suggested.
"But we aren't even in the middle yet!"
"I know but it's dark. And sooner or later our flashlights are going to die down. It's gonna be harder for us to walk home." He explained.
"Why are we in middle of this who-knows-how-old cemetery again?" Em asked now questioning her prior decisions to agree and have this little adventure with me. "I can't believe I went this far just to feed your adventurous self, Y/N."
"Ugh fine." I surrendered. "You guys are wimps." I wanted to stay and walk around for a bit but decided not to. Besides, I guess adventure isn't an enough excuse for dragging them here. I just want to ease my boredom but too bad, my friends are scaredy cats.
"Whatever, Y/N." Jimin rolled his eyes at me making me chuckle. "Wait which way did we go?" He stopped his tracks and asked.
"What? What do you mean which way did we go?" I asked. I looked ahead and saw two pathways. I frowned in confusion as I don't remember passing by this. I swear to God it wasn't even in there before.
"Great. Now we're lost." Emerie whined. Guilt suddenly flood through me. I should have thought that this would be a bad idea. I bit my lip and looked at them worriedly.
"How about we try to take the right one?" Jimin said, deciding to be calm.
"Alright let's go. Hold on, Emerie." I said. As I am about to turn my way, I heard a soft sniffle from a distance. I stopped. "Did you hear that?" I asked them while I roam my flashlight around, trying to find what could be the source of that sound.
"Hear what?"
"The-- nevermind." I shrugged it off and faced them. I guess the ambiance is getting to my brain too much that I began imagining stuffs. I was about to walk again but I heard a louder sob this time. "Guys, wait. I swear I've heard something coming from there." I said pointing at the left way. Now this is getting really scary.
"Y/N, stop. You're scaring me." Em said as she clungs into Jimin. My ears were almost sticking out as I hear another silenced cry.
"Don't think of going there, Y/N. No." Jimin tried to stop me but my curiosity already got the best of me.
"What if someone needs help?" I reasoned, already facing the path where I think I heard the cry.
"No one needs help, Y/N. We're not hearing anything." Emerie said, her voice almost pleading.
"I'll just be quick. You guys go ahead. I'll just check on something." Fearlessly, I ran towards the left pathway, giving Jimin no more time to stop me. I tried listening to the sound once more as I jog farther from my friends. I really heard something. I'm sure of it. It's like a cry.
I continue running and kept my ears perked but I didn't hear a sound anymore. It grows fainter and fainter as I walk but I didn't stop. I pointed my flashlight towards different directions but saw nothing but gravestones.
Wait..
"What exactly was I even looking for?" I mumbled to myself and shook my head. I tend to do this a lot. Letting my curiosity eat me making me do things that sometimes harms me. But this time it felt different. It is like something or someone out there calls me and pulls me. "Weirdo." I mumbled to myself and lightly flicked my own forehead.
As I was about to turn and follow Jimin and Em, my flashlight went dead.
"Oh shoot." I mumbled and rolled my eyes. I couldn't be more lucky. Maybe this is, afterall, a bad idea. I walked back slowly, careful to not step on anything and tried to see as much as I can. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw some light. I frowned as I stopped and made my way through it. At first I thought my mind was playing tricks with me because I am certain that no one would be in the middle of this abandoned cemetery at this time of the night.
I mean, whose crazy mind would do that?
Oh, right. Me.
"Hello? Is anyone in there?" I called out but no one answered. I made my way towards it and noticed the light becoming more and more evident. "Hello?"
Dead end.
That was what I saw. The pathway was blocked by another mausoleum. I turned my head to the right and I saw where the light is coming from. It's shining but it isn't blinding.
And it's from a gravestone inside a mausoleum. I inched closer and closer with my eyebrows furrowed until I saw that the tombstone inside is the one emitting the light. It's from a name.
It's from the name Kim Taehyung.
Hold on.
A light? From a name? Isn't that supposed to mean that--
"Who are you?" I heard a deep raspy voice suddenly coming from inside. I jumped and nearly screamed but I bit my tongue and kept silent. Only my eyes showed my fear and they grew the size of saucers as I stared back at the creature in front of me.
