Ian's POV
" Stop calling me again and again." I said to Marianne my cousin. My head was blasting with the dramas now.
" Ian, please try to understand. He is sick. It will not spoil anything if you come for once." She said to me.
" Look, Marie, I don't have time for dramas. So, please don't call me again and again. I don't have any relation with your family. If you have called me to talk about your family then you can hung up. I have works to do." I saud to her.
" I know you are very busy. But that doesn't mean you can't give your family a bit of time from your busy life." She said.
" Your family not mine. I am alone in the world. I don't have anyone. The day they were gone you guys have lost me as well." I said to her.
" Ian, he is dying. You shouldn't still keep your anger up." She said to me.
" Better. He deserves death but before that he deserves to suffer. Suffer like hell." I said.
" Ian, please don't talk like that." She said to me.
" Of course I will. He will die and go to the hell then he can ask for forgiveness from God. Even if God forgives him I will not. He will never ever get forgiveness from me. Never ever." I said to her.
" He wants to see you once. May be this is the last time. Think if you can make it." She said to me.
" My answer will not change ever." I said to her.
" Have you gotten new friends there?" She asked me.
" I swear you are keeping eyes on me. So stop acting like you are all innocent." I said to her. She chuckled.
" That girl is very beautiful. Even I have got a crush on her." She said and I rolled my eyes.
" Tell everyone at your home that I found out the girl and getting married soon." I said to her.
" Oh, wow!!! That was like 0 to 10000." She said.
" I hate your dramatic expressions. Stop with that." I said to her.
" What's her name?" She asked me and I rolled my eyes.
" I told you not to act innocent." I said to her. She chuckled.
" Divya Kashyup. The beauty is a skilled and experienced pilot. Known for her calm and quiet personality among her colleagues. A fun loving sweet family girl for real. Situation handling capacity of hers is amazing. That's what people says. Mother is a house wife and father is retired from Navy recently. Her cousin Vivan Ahuja who is like her big brother. She has close relationship with her cousins Diya, Rahul, Rudra and Aradhya. She has a best friend named Sanam who is a software engineer and works for a multinational company in Delhi." She said and I chuckled rolling my eyes. " I can give you further informations. If you need but I don't think you need any more information. You already know those." She said.
" As you know everything, I can only tell you that I will invite you in my wedding reception ceremony." I said to her.
" At least I was a bit important to be invited in your wedding." She said and I rolled my eyes.
" Go, do your works. Don't keep irritating me all the time." I said to her.
" It's your matter. You get irritated very easily my brother. It's not my fault." She said. " Alright, send me the invitation card soon. I will be waiting for that." She said.
" Bye. I am busy." I said to her.
" Ok. Take care of yourself and your wife." She said chuckled. I rolled my eyes.
" Bye." I said.
" Bye, Brother." She said and hung up.
I walked out of there and reached the conference room where the meeting was arranged. I entered the conference room and Jessy reached me along with that stupid PS of mine. What was her name?!! Whatever!!! I don't care about her. She is crossing the limits so I think her time is ending here. Jessy gave me the papers. I nodded as she explained the current situations in a few minutes. I had already plans for that. Nothing to worry. Jessy introduced me with the other associates. There is something interesting about Jessy. Her father helped me a lot when I had started my business. He was a very nice person. Suddenly when he died her took the shares away from the company. But Jessy kept working here as an employee. I didn't complain about it since she is very sincere and devoted to her works.
We had a successful meeting with the other associates. I was irritated as hell because of Mr. Agarwal's daughter. She was a headache. I just hate girls who acts so cheap to get attention.
I was done with all my works at 6:00. I called Divya to know where she was at that moment. She said she is in some temple. I sighed. I had to meet her and Ganga as well. Should I go there or should I go to their house? I was a bit confused about it. I decided to go there.
" Naveen." I called the chauffeur.
" Yes, Sir?" He said.
" Do you believe in God?" I asked him.
" Yes, Sir. I do." He said.
" Why do you believe in God? Because you were told that there is God this why?" I asked him.
" Sir, there is God. I don't believe in God because I was told to do so. I do believe that because I choose to do so. The name of God gives me peace of mind and gives me positive strength as well." He said and I chuckled.
" That lies into you. You just have to acknowledge yourself. That's it." I said to him and he chuckled.
" Sir, God does that. He makes us realize that we ourselves can solve our problems. Because God is in everyone of us. He is not far away from us. He is in me and he is in you. We can't refuse our own existence, can we? I have seen God in you how you helped Ganga and her siblings. God does that. Wakes our sleeping humanity up because it's not possible for him to go to everyone to solve their problems." He said and I sighed.
If there is God then where was he that day?!!
