Divya's POV

" Anna, Nani ma jiju ko kyun bulaya?" (Anna, why has grandma called, Jiju?) Chhoti asked Anna. I was also very curious about that.

" Agar mujhe paata hota to main khud hi Ian ko bol deta. Unhone mujhe nahi bola to mujhe bhi nahi paata, Chhoti. Main bhi tumhare saath yehi bethi Hoon." (If I knew it then I would have told Ian why has she called him. But she hasn't told me yet. So, I myself also don't know. I am also sitting here with you) Anna said and I sighed.

I was really a bit confused actually why has she called Ian to meet her. I hope she doesn't say something that hurt his feelings. Let me tell you something about my grandma, she is very strict lady. If she dislikes someone that person can never ever win her heart back. This why I am very tensed now. If she doesn't like him then he will not be able to win her heart back ever.

" Ram ji, thodi madad ker dijiye." (Lord Rama, please help us a bit) I said in my mind.

" Akka, Nani ma apse kuch kaha?" (Akka, has grandma said something to you?) Chhoti asked me.

" Nahi, chhoti. Mujhe bhi nahi paata." (No, chhoti. I too don't know) I said.

" Chinta maat kero Saab thik hi hoga." (Don't worry, everything will be ok) she said.

" Sanam to Nani ko bohot pasand aye lekin Bhagwaan jane Ian Nani ko pasand ayenge ya nahi." (Grandma liked Sanam very much but God knows if she likes Ian or not) I said.

" Yesa kyun bol rahi ho, Divu?" (Why are you saying that, Divu?) Anna asked.

" Nahi paata. Bas yehi hi mujhe lag raha tha k Nani ko Ian nahi pasand ayi to Kya karenge him?" (Don't know. Just was thinking if Nani doesn't like Ian then what would we do?) I asked them.

" Ahem ahem." I saw Diya coming inside.

" Yese gala padne ki Kya jaroorat thi. Wese hi aajati." (There was no need to clear your throat. You could have come just like that) I said to her. She chuckled.

" Saab log woha bahar hai lekin aap log yeha andar Kya ker rahe hai? Anna, apko saab dhond rahe hai. Dulha thodi na year gayeb ho jata hai." (Everyone is there outside and you guys are sitting here inside? Anna, everyone is searching for you. Go meet them) Diya said to him.

" Haan, ja rahe hai hum." (Yeah, we are going.) Anna said.

The ritual started but Ian was still talking to Nani and Amma. I was getting worried. I wasn't able to sit quietly.

" Yaar, Kya hua tumhe?"( Dude, what happened to you?) Sanam asked me.

" Kuch nahi bas Nani ne Ian ko Milne ko bola unse. Woh abhi bhi wohi hai. Nani se baat ker rahe hai. Mujhe bohot tension ho rahi hai, yaar." (Nothing just grandma has told Ian to meet her. He is still there talking to her. I am getting worried now) I said to her.

" Arey yaar, kuch bhi nahi hoga. Unhone mujhe bhi to bulaya tha. Bas kuch baat kia. Tum yaha betho mere sath." (Dude, nothing will happen. She had called me as well. Just talked a bit. You sit here with me) she said to me. I sighed.

" Hmm, ok." I sat with her. I was still looking for Ian if he is around.

Suddenly I found him coming to us. I stood up and walked to him. I hold his hand and took him out of the crowd.

" What happened, Babe?" He asked me.

" I should ask that not you." I said.

" What will happen to me?" He asked me.

" I didn't say that. I was saying what has Nani told you all that time?" I asked him.

" Your grandma is very sweet lady, Divya." He said.

" Very sweet?!" I looked at him weirdly.

" Yeah. Why are you so shocked? Didn't you know that?" He asked me.

" No. Actually nothing like that. I was just saying has she say anything which hurt you? If she has then sorry on behalf of her." I said to him.

" What will she tell me that would hurt me?! She is very nice. I liked her a lot." He said.

" Really?!" I asked him.

" Yes, really." He said. " But she told me to keep you away from all the messes. You know she already knows what happened that day at Kingston's House." He said.

" That wasn't your fault." I said.

" But you showed much courage that day. He could have shot you any time." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Whatever." I said.

" Hmm, I knew you will say that." He said. " She asked me about my family. She wants to meet them." He said.

" What did you tell her?" I asked him.

" I said no problem. I will call my aunt and uncle along with Marianne and Olivia. They will meet her. I think that's enough." He said and I sighed.

" May be. Don't have any idea what to say here." I said to him. He chuckled.

" Why are you too worried today?" He asked me. I sighed.

" You won't understand." I said.

" If only you try to make me understand then I definitely will." He said.

" Leave it. You met them? What has they said?" I asked him.

" They said they sent him to the mental asylum." He said.

" Then what's your next plan?" I asked him.

" If he comes out he will try to hurt us again. It's better to finish him completely." He said.

" Finish him?" I asked him. He sighed deeply and pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back immediately. He stayed silent for awhile.

" It will hard to do that. But I have to. He is my father. I owe him for my life but he killed my mother and sister. I can't forgive him ever for that. I might have thought about it for his family but he tried to hurt you. I can't let that happen. You are my life. I can't let anyone snatch you away from me. Never ever." He said tightening the hug.
