The Fight

" Aap bohot achhe ho, Cap. Lekin woh Kya hai na, dunia aap jaiso k liee nahi. Yeh dunia hum jaisy gaddar o k liee. Aap chinta maat Kijiye. Aapko apki gher bhej dungi main. Bhagwaan ka bohot pyaari ho chuke hai aap. Unko apki bohot yaad aatay hai. To humne socha kyun na unkay yeh iccha ko poori ker dia Jaye!! Aap taiyaar ho na?" (You are so good, Cap but you know this world is not for innocent people like you, it's for traitors like us. You don't have to worry. I will send you to your house. You are very dear to God. He keeps missing you, you know? This why I was thinking to fulfill this wish if God. Are you ready?) She asked me.

I kept looking at her totally shocked. I couldn't still digest that Sonal can do this. I was still in shock.

" Cap?" She called me.

" Tum yeh saab kyun ker rahi ho, Sonal? Tumhari aur meri koyi dusmaani nahi hai. Kyun merna chahti ho mujhe?" (Why are you doing these, Sonal? There is no enmity between you and me. Why do you want to kill me?) I asked her and she laughed like a psychopath.

" Apke sath meri koyi dusmaani nahi hai, Cap. Dusmaani hai to apke Bhai se." (I don't have any enmity with you, it's true. But I have enmity with your brother, Cap) she said.

" Anna!!" (Bro) I said.

" Haan, apki Anna. Unhone mere Bhai ko mer dia. Isilie aaj unke samne apko merna hoga." (Yes, your brother. He killed my brother. This is why you have to die in front of his eyes today) she said.

" Anna to yeha hai hi nahi. Woh mission per hai." (Anna is not here. He is on mission) I said.

" Woh yehi hai. Isi flight mai tha woh. Uske liee hi aaj sara plan spoil hogya. Lekin koyi baat nahi. Mujhe apna badla poora kerna tha Jo main ker lungi aaj." (He is here only. He was in this flight. For him whole the plan is spoiled. But no worries. I had to seek my revenge which I will do today anyhow) she said and I was shocked.

Anna was here on the flight!!! May be it was part of the mission. But I can't let her kill me that too in front of Anna. She is a psychopath that's sure and her brother was definitely a criminal. Anna wouldn't hurt an innocent person ever. I know my brother very well.

" Chaliye, Cap. Apki time khatam ho chuke hai." (Let's go, Cap. Your time is up) she said and pulled me to stand next to her. She started to drag me out of the plane. Where is Ian?!!

" Tum log plane ko hijack kyun kerna chaha?" (Why did you guys wanted to hijack the plane?) I asked her.

" Reddy ko chhuda ne k liee. Woh hamare gang member hai." (To get Reddy freed. He is our gang member) she said.

" Reddy ko to agle hafte fasi ho jayega. Tumhe Kya faida iss se? Woh wese bhi tumhara istemal ker rahe hai. Aur kuch nahi." (Reddy will be hanged next week. But how can that help you? They are using you anyways. Nothing else) I said to her.

" Jo bhi ho lekin ek baat to hai, Cap. Mujhe aaj sukun mil jayega. Iske baad woh log mujhe mer bhi de meri koyi shikayaat nahi rahegi." (Whatever but there is a point, Cap. I will get peace of mind today. Even if they kill me after that I will not have any complain about that.) She said as we came out of there and found Armaan laying on the ground unconsciously.

" Chinta maat Kijiye. Mara nahi, abhi bi jinda hai. Kuch hi der mai hosh aajayega isko. Apko hi bulane k liee aaraha tha. Boss ne bola tha isko apko le jane k liee. Lekin Maine bech Mai hi rokh lia isko." (Don't worry. He isn't dead yet. He is still alive. He will get his sense back in awhile. He was going to call you. Boss told him to call you out of the cockpit. But I stopped him in between) she said.

I looked at her weirdly. She kept dragging me and  we came out of the plane. I found people moving out of the plane. She wrapped one of her arms around my neck and shot in the air to get the attention. I found Anna and Ian standing a few feet away from us. I looked around and found his comrades. They were looking at us with widened eyes. May be they didn't think Sonal can be a part of them. I looked at Anna and he was trying to keep calm.

" Woh Kya kehte hai, haan, picture abhi baki hai, mere dost." (What does it says, oh yes, movie is still to end, my friend) Sonal said. Anna threw the gun away and stood a few feet closer.

" Tumhare dusmaani mujhse hai na? Usko Jane do. Main tumhare samne hi Hoon. Shot me." (Your enmity is with me, isn't it? Let her go. I am here in front of you. Shot me) Anna said coldly.

" Anna, Kya bol rahe hai aap." (Anna, what are you saying?) I said at once getting scared that she will really shot him.

" Yehi to main dekhna chahti thi. Daar ko mehsoos karo, Captain Ahuja. Feel the fear, man. Feel it." (I wanted to see this only. Feel the fear, Captain Ahuja) she said.

" Sare Jahan se accha, Hindositan hamara, Hum bulbulen hain iski, yeh gulsitan hamara." She said. "Bakwaas" (Stupid).

" Aab bulao aapna desh ko. Bolo usko tumhare behen ko bachane ko, Vivan. Jao bolo. Maa bulate ho na desh ko. Maa apni beti ko nahi bachayenge? You have 20 seconds. Bachalo apne behen ko ager bacha sakte ho to." (Now call your country. Tell her to save your sister, Vivan. You guys call her mother, don't you? Mother will not save her daughter? You have 20 seconds. Save your sister if you can) she said. If there wasn't gun in her hand I would have slapped her hard across her face.

" Kya hua, Vivan Ahuja. Yese kharay kyun ho? Behen ko nahi bachana apna? Abhi 10 seconds hai. Bachalo usko. Jaan se bhi pyaari hai na yeh tumhare?" (What happened, Vivan Ahuja? Why are you still standing like that? Won't you save your sister? Isn't she more prescious than anything else in this whole world to you?) She said.

" Usse chhod do. Tumhe paata bhi hai tum Kya kerne ja rahi ho?" (Let her go. Do you even know what you are doing?) he asked her.

" Bohot acchi tarah se paata hai." (I know it very well) she said. " Bas bohot hua. Time's up." (Alright, enough. Time's up.) She said. " Sorry, Cap. Apki baad naseeb thi Jo ap iske behen ho. Ho sake to mujhe maaf ker Dena." (Sorry, Cap. It was your bad luck that you are his sister. If it's possible then forgive me) she said and pointed the gun at my head.

I looked around for one last time to see everyone. I knew she wasn't going to show mercy at all. I couldn't find Ian around. I sighed. He was there awhile back. I closed my eyes and waited for the gunshot. I heard the gunshot but didn't feel anything else where I expected the bullet in my head. I opened my eyes and found Sonal on the ground. She has got bullets on her arms and leg. Soon I realized my right arm was paining as hell. As soon as I turned to see myself I found the white shirt of my uniform reddened with blood that was oozing from my arm. I clutching on my arm and took two steps back. My toe got twisted and I was about to kiss the ground instead I fall into someone's arm. I looked up and found Ian looking at me in horror.

" I am fine." I assured him.

I looked around to see if the fight ended there or there is something else to see.
