Captain Levi and Commander Erwin's plan to use me as bait required me to continue training the cadets in order for Logan and his friend Lily to reveal themselves as the enemy. My stomach turned at this thought, could they really be trying to hurt me? Part of me didn't want to believe it but another part of me kept a hold on the very possible reality that Logan could be a threat just as Cecile and Claire had been. That was another issue, apparently, the prison that held those two reported to Commander Erwin that they had 'escaped.' The word 'escaped' was used loosely as there was no obvious signs of struggle with the MP, it was as if they just walked out.

"Tch." Levi scowled at the report in his hands, flinging it on the table in front of him. "Those greedy bastards probably took a bribe."

"The MP?" I questioned Levi, receiving a small nod.

"I wouldn't put it past them to do something like this, for now, I want someone with you at all times. You will not be alone for the time being, understood?" I rolled my eyes at Levi's command.

"I'm not a baby." I scowled down into the cup of tea in front of me as Levi stiffened.

"What the hell happened with your eyes just now Quinn Aaltonen?" At his dry tone, my stomach clenched. Shit, he used my full name.

I finished running just as the sun was setting, sweat dripping off of my brow as I came to a slower pace. I wonder if this is how Sasha felt after I had made her run. I panted, resting my hands on my knees, normally Levi would only have me run around twenty laps but due to me being "a sassy brat," I was now expected to run at least thirty. Levi had re-arranged my running path, so that it was shorter and closer to his quarters, that way he could keep an eye on me, but even with the shorter distance thirty laps still seemed like too much for me.

"Are you through Quinn?"

"Yes Captain, that was thirty."

"No Quinn, I meant are you through with your attitude?" I continued to catch my breath at his words, my legs shaking a bit. "There is only one answer that I'll accept." The urge to roll my eyes came again and it took the rest of my remaining energy to withhold it.

"Yes, sir!" I straightened my back, saluting.

"Good, clean up and go join the cadets in the mess hall for dinner, and remember-."

"Stay in public, do not be left alone with Logan, his friend Lily or anyone else that could potentially be a threat." I finished Levi's sentence, watching him scowl at me, "I know Captain, I'll be careful, I promise."

"Do you still have my knife?"

"Yes, sir." I stood, waiting for Levi to dismiss me.

"Good, you're free to go."

I walked into the mess hall, tired and sore, grabbing what food was left.
