i'm awaken by my beautiful girlfriend, y/n with her on top of me in our hotel room in sacramento, california with her gorgeous smile written across her face.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY" she screams at the top of her lungs
"wow good morning my beautiful girl" i say chuckling. god she is adorable
"soooo what's the plan today?" i ask
"well, i made a reservation for us at 9 so be ready and then i have a little surprise for you" she says adorably.
"okay baby what time is it?" i ask in curiosity
"it's 7:30"
"okay cuddles until 8:25?" i ask
"anything for the birthday boy" i grin
"okay come here love" i say as i pull her off my torso and take her in my arms.

so for the past few weeks i've been planning dinner with the whole shawn mendes tour crew and i wanted to surprise him with breakfast at a restaurant in oakland and then go down to the venue for shawn's show tonight in oakland, california. shawn and i are pretty close so we decided that it'd be cool to have shawn have the crowd sing happy birthday to connor tonight. i couldn't be happier to see his face when thousands of people are singing happy birthday to him. then i got him something special for his birthday.
