"we are about to get off the freeway baby just stay patient" i say continuing driving ———————————————————— we pull up to my families cabin in utah. we used to make trips down there every winter and summer but we haven't in a couple years so i decided that itd be nice to come here this summer with a couple friends for a week.

"connor this is absolutely gorgeous oh my god" i say
"i'm glad you like it" connor says chuckling
"let's go upstairs and pick a room" connor says leading me upstairs

sam and shawn have now arrived and we are all sitting in the living room talking when we got bored and i suggested that we watch a movie.
"yeah sure" calysta says
"what movie though?" sam asks
"(your fav movie)?" shawn suggests
"YES" i yell excitedly. connor groans
"i've watched that movie a million times" connor wines cause that's all we watch together
"why not a million and one?" i smirk
"fine" connor breathes out
——————————————————- i start getting tired and lay my head on connors shoulder and yawn
"are you getting tired sweetheart?" connor asks in a whisper tone brushing my hair with his fingers
"yeah a little" i mumble
"okay y/n let's get you to bed we have a fun day ahead tomorrow" he says kissing my forehead and helping me up. no one really noticed we left except for calysta cause she smiled and said goodnight as we walked up the stairs.
once we get into the room connor makes his way to the suitcase so he can get his toiletries and i go straight to bed in a jeans and tube top.
"aren't you uncomfortable in that?" connor asks giggling
"yeah but i'm too lazy to change"
"here lemme help you" connor says walking to our bags and pulls out my pajama shorts and a large t-shirt (on me) that connor gave me since it didn't fit him anymore. he helped pull down my jeans and replace them with my shorts and helped me change and he grabbed my make up wipes and kneeled down in front of me as i was on the bed and took my makeup off as i almost drifted off to sleep sitting up.
"there you go my love" he said walking to the other side of the bed and bringing me to his chest.
"i love you, sweet dreams handsome"
"goodnight sleep well y/n i love you" he says softly kissing me once more before i drifted off in my safe place.
