I'm so glad I get to hang out with my friends at the park today. I feel like we all don't really hang out much, most of it is my fault. I don't go to school so I can't see them there. But it's the weekend now and we're all gonna have a boys day after Finn shows up. I heard he had to wash his mom's car because he went on a date with the hot girl Lilia and he got home late. You know what that means, when someone gets home late after a date? I can't wait to see him and ask him about all of the juicy details.

"Son of a bitch, god damn!" I scream after falling off of my board and landing on my back. Noah and Caleb laugh at me while Gaten helped me up. He ran after my board, too. "Screw you two. At least I can do a kick flip." I give them a snarky reply as I brush my pants off and fix my snap back. I wear a lot of baggy boy clothes and hats. It's not because I'm ashamed of my body or because I secretly want to be a boy, I just think they're more comfortable and they sort of match my personality. I'm a total stud.

The boys quit their laughing once they saw Finn just up the hill. I turn to see him and he had a girl on his arm. It was Lilia. Well I guess I'll have to save my questions for another time. "Hey Finn! It's about time you showed up!" Caleb shouts. The skinny boy and the blonde greet us. "Sorry, I was washing the car and then I got into a fight with my mom." "It was about his hot sister." Lilia told us. She's not wrong, Millie is really attractive. I can't believe I kissed her, twice. "Lils, stop. She's fifteen." Finn warns her, annoyed. I roll my eyes. "Hey, remember when you were fifteen? It wasn't that long ago. You used to do some crazy shit at that age." I remind him with a grimace and accept my board from Gaten.

Allow me to list all of the things Finn has done at the age of fifteen:
-lost his virginity
-crashed a car
-tried alcohol and got drunk
-bought male lingerie
-modeled the lingerie at a costume party
-smoked weed and tobacco
-watched porn for three hours straight
-got a blow job from a guy two years older than him (he's straight, I swear)
-and he got into a fist fight with me and lost

"Why were you guys fighting about your sister?" Noah finally asked. I was curious to know, too. She didn't seem like the kind of person to get into trouble. I actually think she's a lot better than Finn. "She was doing inappropriate things." "She washed the car with her boobs!" Lilia told us. I raised my eyebrows and my cheeks felt really warm. That was a bit unexpected. "Like actually topless?" I ask. The blonde chuckles. "I wish. She had a bra on, but she was washing the car with Finn and her boobs were all over the window. She actually has some really nice twins." Finn looked disgusted as Lilia went on to tell us about the whole thing. Now I wish I had gone to Finn's house this morning to see that.

I didn't think Millie was that bold. When I met her last week, she seemed so calm and sweet. I'm starting to think that she has a danger side to her. "Wow Lils, I guess you got quite the show this morning." Gaten joked and nudged my shoulder, pulling me out of my thoughts. I was just imagining the whole thing. I know that sounds bad because Millie is my best friend's little sister, but she's just really pretty and I can't help it. "Okay, but why is Lilia here? This is supposed to be a boys day, with no girls." Noah questioned, coming off as just a little rude. I mean I'm a girl and I'm in on boys day. "Sadie is here and she's not a boy." Lilia pointed out. Noah fought back. "That's because she looks and acts like a boy." "Actually, fuckwad, I look like a girl and act like a girl. Why should looks and personality define my gender? I identify as a woman, I have tits and a pussy."

"Ew." Finn said. I swear sometimes I want to line these boys up and punch them in the junk because they don't understand me anymore. Yeah I may dress in boy clothes and say guy things, but that's because I'm always around guys and I'm just comfortable with all of this stuff. That doesn't make me any less of a woman. "Finn, don't be a fag because I brought up my vagina. Now are we going to the mall or are we just gonna stand here like statues?" Everyone started to make their way towards the mall that was downtown. It's sort of a long walk to the mall from the park, but there's no other meeting spot in town.

I just got out of the shower and had brushed through my hair before I went downstairs to find my mom or Finn. "Mom?" I shout through the house. No response. "Finn?" I try to get my brother. Again, nobody. I step into the kitchen and find an unsealed envelope held against the fridge with a heart shaped magnet. I take the envelope and pull a note and forty dollars out. I sat the money on the counter and unfolded the note to read it to myself.

Emergency at clinic. Finns with friends, he'll be home before six. You two get dinner. I'll get home late.

Mom

Unbelievable. I'm home alone as always. And Finn left to go hang out with his friends? Why can't I tag along or he just stays home to keep me company. I sigh and threw the note away before taking the money and going upstairs to my room to write until I figure out what else I can do till Finn gets home.
