I showed up to the warehouse the next morning and Joe was on the phone with someone. "No, last night was the very last time, okay? We can't keep screwing around." I rolled my eyes. I figured he was talking to Emma, Asa's girlfriend. Why does he keep messing with her? Does he not know what kind of chaos that brings into not only our business, but our lives? "No no, please don't tell him..Emma, I'm begging...please!" The man starts to panic before he looks down at his phone with a deep sigh.

"Joe." I spoke up after a few seconds of silence. He turned around to face me in a state of shock. "Why are you such a dipshit?" I ask. The man scoffs and tosses his phone on his bed. "Because I don't know how to make the right decisions." "Oh I can tell. You're twenty-seven living in a warehouse." I criticize him before I pocket some marijuana from a storage shelf. Joe knits his brows. "Hey what are you doing?" He asks me. I just shove my hands in the pockets of my jacket. "What do you mean? It's Friday, is it not? I got invited to a party."

The guy pursed his lips and wiped beneath his nose. "Can I come?" What kind of dumb question is that? "Uh, are you a high schooler?" I ask. The guy just shrugs and puts his hands on his hips. "I mean I can pass off as a teenager." "Oh grow the hell up." I tell him before heading to the kitchen area. Sometimes I just get so angry at Joe for being a stupid selfish prick. But he's never sober, so I guess that's why he is the way he is. "Shouldn't you be at your girlfriend's house right about now?" Joe has asked me with something taunting lingering in his voice. I couldn't stop myself from laughing. Millie isn't my girlfriend.

"She's not my girlfriend." I defend passively. I mean I like Millie, she's really hot and she's smarter than this overgrown toddler of a boss that I have. I just feel like we shouldn't rush into things. "Right, you two just have an excessive amount of sex all day every single day." Joe says as I grab an apple from off of the counter and turn to face him. He had his arms crossed and a smirk on his face as he raised an eyebrow. I roll my eyes. "And so what if we do?" I remark sassily. I was getting a little uncomfortable talking about this. I don't really like to discuss things like sex and relationships. Then again I've never had a girlfriend so maybe that's why.

Joe cleared his throat. "You don't have any feelings for this girl you've been sleeping with?" He presses. Honestly, I do like Millie. She's really pretty and she's got a fun little personality. And I really do wanna be more than just-...oh shit, I'm blushing. "Oooh, you're blushing." Joe teases. Ugh, just kill me right now. "Shut up." I say through gritted teeth before pushing past him and leaving the warehouse. He just kept teasing me. "Sadie has a crush! Sadie loves a girl!" I was embarrassed. I mean it is my first real crush. I genuinely like Millie and... I do wanna be more than just friends.

This party was more chill than I thought it would be. Everybody was smoking weed and lounging around. Finn wouldn't talk to me or even acknowledge me all night. I think he knows about me sleeping with Millie. "Hey do you know why Finn isn't talking to me?" I lean over to ask Caleb and Gaten. I'm kind of freaking out about it. Caleb shrugged. "I have no idea, but I do know that he is mad at you." I rolled my eyes at such a dumb response. Any dipshit with a brain can see that Finn is mad at me. He's actively avoiding me and won't make eye contact with me. He's literally on the other side of the room talking to a different group of people instead of hanging out with us.

I couldn't take this anymore. I got up from my spot on the couch and walked up to the boy. He looked at me and didn't have any time to react before I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and pulled him outside. "Sadie, what is your problem?" "Why are you avoiding me man? I thought we were cool." I started. God I sound like Millie. Finn crosses his arms and rolled his eyes. "You seriously don't know what you did?" He asked. My heart started pounding in my chest in fear. Oh god, he knows what I did. Kill me now. "No...what did I do?" I ask calmly. Punch me, Finn. Just punch me and walk away, I can take it. I'll understand.

"Dude. Really?" The older boy seemed offended. Oh fuck. Oh fuck! He knows, I know that he knows! Relax Sadie, just keep your head up high. "You forgot to bring the molly, remember? I asked you to bring us some molly so we can really start the party." I let out a huge sigh of relief. Thank fuck, he doesn't know. "Oh god, I'm sorry. It's just Joe distracted me this morning with all this other drama and shit. I'm so sorry." I apologize. I don't know why I was so paranoid. Of course Finn wouldn't know that Millie and I are seeing each other. Why would he?

Finn smiles and daps me up. "It's cool. Next time though, okay?" I nod and chuckle a little. "Next time. I promise." The boy heads back inside to rejoin the party while I stay outside a little longer just to recollect myself and chill the fuck out. I can't believe I was being so paranoid. It's not like Millie and I have gotten anywhere close to getting caught. And I don't plan on us getting caught ever.

My phone buzzed from inside of my pocket and I pull it out. Millie texted me.

Millie:Are you still
at that party with
my brother?

She texts so proper. I smile a little bit and respond.

Sadie:
yea y

Millie:I'm bored.
Come over, please?

I chuckle a little. She's so adorable. I can't believe I'm this soft towards her. But she is just really sweet.

Sadie:k
this party lame
anyway
omw

And so I abandoned the stupid party to go see Finn's young hot sister.

Sorry this chapter was a bit boring, but I promise that the next chapter will be a little more interesting. I just wanted to take a break from writing the spiciness and to also show you all that Sadie and Millie's whole relationship doesn't just revolve around hookups and that they do actually care for each other and love each other.

I know I usually have a question at the end of a chapter but I don't today so... I love y'all 😊💞 thank you for reading this, I'm really trying to write more on this account.
