Chapter 61

I got ready and put on the white dress that mama got me a while ago. I leave my hair down and just apply chapstick. Makeup wasn't really my thing, clothing was more of my hobby. I loved fashion, I wore simple stuff in this town because it's small, and everyone would think I'm weirder than I already am.

Makeup looked good on other girls, but no me. I didn't like the texture of it on my skin, and how worried I got that it got messed up. You can't worry about your natural face getting messed up on a date or something!

I got in my car and bought a smoothie then drove off to the spot. I got there at 4:45 which was earlier than I expected I would have. I decided to just chill and look at the view from the top. I sat on the rock and drank my smoothie.

~ten minutes later~

"God how can someone look so gorgeous from the back" Grayson says and sat beside me. "I never thought you'd cut it!" He says and looks at my hair. "Well since everyone keeps doing something unexpected , I figured it was my turn" I say harshly than I wanted it to sound. "Sorry that was rude" I sigh. "No it's okay, I deserved it!" He shrugs and I shake my head no.

It was an awkward silence for a bit until he asked me, "do you still love me?". I looked at him and I could see tears were forming in his eyes. "I'll always love you" I say quietly then look at the water. "I'm sorry again! I just needed to say it in person!" He says. "You don't have to apologize, the reason we broke up wasn't mostly because of you. " I say

"I should've fought for you!" He says. "But you didn't" I sigh. "I know!" He sighs. "Can I ask you something" I ask and he nods "and you don't have to answer this, but Why her? Why be with Katya?" I ask. "some part of me wanted to feel the void that you left" he says. "And Katya was already hitting on me, so I went with her, it could have been any girl. Except you, no one can replace the void you left, except you!" He says and looks at me and I looked at him. It was getting heated and we were just looking into each other's eyes then lips.

I looked away and said "a million of other girls are much better and worthier of you than I ever was. Listen It was fun talking to you but I think it's time to for me to go" I say and get up but he grabs my wrist. "You can't runaway every time!"he gives me a warm smile that makes me sit back down.

"Can I hug you at least one more time?" He asks. "Im not dying Grayson!" I slightly chuckle. "Well It feels like you are, you don't even look at me at school! " he says. "Oh!" I say quietly. He gets up and I hug him.

I was looking at the water then closed my eyes and relaxed. His grip on me made me feel safe, I love being in his arms. It felt warm and safe. Nothing in the world could compare to a hug from Grayson Dolan, it was peaceful!

I opened my eyes again when I realized we were hugging for way too long. I got out of his grip slowly and then our faces were inches apart, his eyes were looking at mine then to my lips. Back and forth. Just kiss me already! So he held onto my face and slowly leaned in. I closed my eyes and went in sync with his lips. I didn't see fireworks, but it was magical, kissing him was always an amazing feeling!

The make-out got way too heated and it lead to something I never thought would happen, especially this young or at this place.

I later back from being on top of Grayson, Naked. I was out of breath and so was he. I looked up at the sky and hen realized what I had just done. I had sex! I wanted to wait until marriage, that was something really important to me. But in the moment it felt like the right thing, and it still feels like the right thing. Not a single part of regretted it which makes me confused.

If two hours ago you'd tell me I would lose my virginity to the most popular guy in this town, my ex, I would have laughed it off. "That was.." I say, "a mistake!" He says and I looked at him and I immediately wanted to cry. I got up and put my dress back on. Wow thanks a lot, I dreamed what it would be like, that my partner would shower me with kisses, and not regret it! This was the worst thing that could happen to someone right after they lose their virginity.

"I was going to say amazing! But glad to know how you feel!" I say. I walk away fast and tears fell from my eyes. "Ivy Wait, that's not what I meant" he yells, he was putting his clothes back on. I opened my car door but he ran behind me and shut the car door behind me which surprised me. He turned me around, "a mistake because now there is no way I can ever get over you!" He smiles and I smile. He was wearing shorts and his shirt was off.

He kissed me and I kiss him back. "Please consider being my girlfriend again! We don't have to tell anyone!" He says. "Secret boyfriend?" I ask with a smile. "Secret girlfriend?" He asks. "Yes!" I say excitedly and hug him. "Okay!" He chuckles and hugs me back.

"Can you stay longer?" He asks. "Can we go get food?" I ask him. "Thought you'd never ask!" He says and I smile.

We get into his car. "Let's go somewhere out of town! Where no one can see?" I say. "I know just the place!" He says. We open loud music and listen to it.

Grayson's POV

Her hair was flowing into the wind, whilst she was singing the lyrics to she will be loved. This was a scene I thought I'd never see again, I'm glad I get to have more of it.

I held her hand and she looks at me and smiles. "I'm so happy right now!" I yell. "Happy enough to not wear a shirt or shoes?" She asks. "Oh...yes that happy!" I say and look at my feet. I must of forgotten my shoes and shirt at the spot. Luckily for me, Ivy's car is back there and no one ever comes there!

"I'm glad I didn't wait!" I say to her. "I am too" She smiles.
