It had only taken minutes for the photo and video to spread through the campsite. As I walked back through the crowds of people standing by their tents, I could hear them whispering about me. "Slut!" They were starting to make up things about me, when in all actually I had done nothing wrong.I felt safe when I got back to the tent, Tia was inside but Seven was nowhere to be found. I opened up the tent and started tossing my stack of pillows and blankets into it, hoping deeply that Tia hadn't seen or heard anything yet.
"Girl! Get in her ASAP." She opened her part of the tent to let me in, and immediately held her phone in my face. "What the fuck! Why didn't you tell me you liked my brother." She turned the phone back around and scrolled through her feed for a sec before looking at me for a reply.
"I didn't know I liked him, I mean I don't know. I can't forget the fact that even if I were to want to see where it would go, he has a girlfriend. Who by the way is gonna hate my guts if she see's this." I put my head in my hands and dragged them down my face. "Everyone is calling me a slut. What am I going to do if Andy or one of his friends see this?"
We stared at each other for what seemed like forever then finally Tia responded. "Why would that matter?" Tia asked.
"It matters because I think Andy really might like me, and I kinda sorta kissed him on the Ferris wheel." I shook my head in disappointment, only to receive laughs from Tia. She got quiet when she heard someone unzip the tent, but calmed down when Seven had came all the way in.
"Damn Sev, you're wasting no time here huh?" Tia joked. We watched him put down a thick blanket in his part of the tent, then crawled over to us.
"Oh, my god, why me? Why now? I just wanted to make friends and now everyone is going to think whatever they want about me. I know Nino did this. I swear she is out to get me." I frantically looked back and forth at them, but they continued to laugh.
"Kori, nobody is going to care. It happens to everybody, and also Layla and me have a weird thing going on right now. She says we aren't together, but it's this weird on and off friends with benefits thing." Seven stated.
"Yeah, totally non exclusive." Tia said winking at me.
"What should I do if Layla catches wind of this? I don't want to lose a potential friendship with Andy and I don't want any drama with your girlfriend."
As I started to calm down, they both looked at each other, then back to me. "Well Nino is the kind of girl who likes mischief, and chaos. So if you play along with her she'll get bored, but Layla can get vengeful and will hold a grudge over all of it."
"I honestly think Nino's just having a go at you! You're the new girl and most of the school is talking about you. She wants to see how much you can handle." Seven said looking pretty sure about his words. "But if you like your friendship with Andy, let him know it's just that a friendship."
"Yeah. If you create a line then it'll make it a lot harder for people to cross it, but if you want to pursue a relationship then tell him what happened. Just be honest." She looked at me with care and I could tell she was being genuine. "What did happen by the way?" Tia looked at me then to Seven who just blushed.
It was awkward and I didn't know if I was ready to try and figure it out myself. "I went to get the blankets and stuff like Seven asked and while I was pulling em out of the trunk he came over. He said he liked how mysterious I was and wanted to see more. Then he put me on the trunk got between my......."
