After trying Loel's Sinigang gravy with beef and Spicy adobo, which really impressed Thirdy. He even asked if he can put those things on his menu sa future restaurant niya. Thirdy baked crabs and grilled lobster's tails.
He didn't know yet this person but he knows that De Leons are really close to his heart. Elmer went to the kitchen but didn't find his son there.
"Chef Thirdy, where's Loel? Tinakasan ka ba?"
"No sir. He's done already. Taste that Sinigang Gravy. Loel is better than me, really. I dont even know why I'm here training him" He chuckled.
Elmer gets a spoon to taste the Sinigang gravy.
"Loel really did this?" Elmer asked, a little surprised.
"Yes sir. Our challenge for today is he needs to do something peculiar in all the dishes I showed him how to cook."
"This is good ah" Elmer praises his son's cooking.
"I even asked him if pwede ko ilagay yan sa menu ko sa future restaurant ko" Thirdy stated with a big smile on his face.
"Speaking of your own restaurant, Luis told me about it, nabanggit daw ni Van na you are planning to make your own restaurant na."
"Alam po ni Sir Luis?" Gulat na tanong ni Thirdy.
"Yes. Kaya nga when I asked him if pwede kita hiramin to train Loel, pumayag siya at sinabing you needed the money to start your own restaurant" Medyo naluha si Thirdy at bigla namang tumunog ang oven meaning luto na yung baked crabs niya.
Nilabas ni Thirdy at pinatong sa stainless work table ng kitchen ng De Leons.
"Wow. Is this for Beatriz?" Elmer asked, medyo nagulat siya.
"Yes. Nabanggit po ni Loel na she's home from a very long medical mission, so it's good to taste a favorite when you did well di po ba?"
"She'll like it. I hope she won't fall in love with you because she's a pain in the ass. I swear baka takbuhan mo kaming lahat" They both chuckled.
"Should I hide my identity nalang, Sir?
and just tell her na the helpers did it?"
"She'll know. The helpers did only one kind of dish lang sa mga yan. I feel like inaalisan mo na ng trabaho yung mga yon." Tumingin si Elmer sa paligid at nakitang si Thirdy lang ang laman ng kitchen
"Hahaha hindi naman, Tito. pinagpahinga ko lang po saglit."
"Exactly, ever since you came. You did the cooking na. Kaya mahal na mahal ka ng buong bahay namin eh."
After a few minutes of Elmer trying out the dishes Thirdy did. Det came running sa kitchen and shouted,
"SHE'S HERE" and all the helpers came out and Elmer walked papuntang dining. He removed his apron and asked the helpers na ihanda na lahat ng dish.
Thirdy is fixing the table and everything when she sitted na sa dining. Mukha siya spoiled na ewan.
"I'm famished" She said waiting for everything na maayos sa lamesa.
"Are you new" She asked him pero tumawa lang si Thirdy.
"Bea, no! He is Chef Thirdy from the Philippines. He's one of the best Chef in Asia so I asked him to train your Kuya" Elmer explained.
"Oh. I'm so sorry"
"That's okay." Thirdy assured her.
Noong hinain na ng mga helpers yung mga pinprepare ni Thirdy and Loel. Umupo na si Elmer and Det. Papunta na din si Loel sa dining room para gulatin si Bea pero nung papalapit na siya Bea opened her camera and put it sa selfie mode, she saw Loel coming sa likod niya
