The smiles on both of their faces won't fade while they're waiting for their hot chocolate and pancakes. Thirdy texted almost everyone.
"She gave me a go signal!!!!!!"
He sent it to the De Leons, Ravenas, his friends, and even some of his closest staff sa The Grid.
Det is the one who replied first.
"DO IT NOW!!!"
He smiled while reading Det's message.
"I know you're kilig, but keep your phone, love. I'm in front of you," Bea said.
"Sorry," Thirdy answered and kissed her hair.
"Who are you texting ba?" Bea asked.
"Tita Det, asking san tayo."
"Ohhh, di ata ako nagpaalam," Bea realized.
While enjoying their hot chocolate, Thirdy asked again, "Bei, about my question earlier? Pwede na ba?"
Bea chuckled. "Kulit," she said and gave Thirdy a peck.
"Hindi mo ba ko sasabihan ng I love you?" Thirdy asked, trying to make sure.
"Nope. Not this time. You decide, Love!" Bea said, staring at him, trying to tease Thirdy na finally she gave him the go signal na.
"Sure ka? Final answer mo yan? I'll be the one to decide?"
"Yes nga," Bea said and drank her hot chocolate.
After a few seconds, Thirdy knelt.
"Oh my God, ngayon talaga?" Bea asked at hinila si Thirdy to sit again sa tabi niya.
"I promised myself that kapag binigay mo na yung signal, I'll kneel right away."
Bea's teary-eyed already. Tumayo siya in front of Thirdy.
"Doctora, will you be my Angel for the rest of my life? Will you allow me to be your Ghostbuster? Will you marry me?" Thirdy finally asked.
She's sobbing now. She nodded and inabot ang kamay kay Thirdy.
"Say yes naman, wag tango."
Bea chuckled and said, "Yes, I will marry you."
All of the people in the cafe clapped and were happy for the couple. They even gave them a congratulations cake for free.
"Wait, I can't believe that happened. Paano sila Mommy? Baka they'll get tampo na wala sila?" Bea's worried now.
"Nagpaalam na ko last year pa. Baka kasi bigyan mo ko ng go signal nang biglaan, di pa ko nagpapaalam. That's why they told me na I can call them Mom and Dad na."
"Really? I love you, Chef."
"I love you too, Doc! No more ghosting ah."
"Hala, matagal na kong hindi ghost ah."
"Well, you can still be a ghost, but sorry, I am your Ghostbuster. I'll always search for you."
He kissed her nose.
After tasting the best hot chocolate, they went home to call everyone and share the news.
"Can we take a photo na lang and then send it to everyone?" Bea asked.
"Okay, okay. Or you can post an aesthetic photo na lang on your IG feed and I'll repost," Thirdy said.
Bea had an idea. She got the comforter sa room, took a photo of her hand wearing the ring against the soft fabric, and tagged everyone with a caption,
