I honestly can see Xiumin dating a fan. That's only if the fan isn't crazy, and enjoys privacy. He'd want privacy in a relationship, and if a fan can give him that, and wouldn't tell everyone unless they agreed on it together, then I can see him with a fan. He might not want to mix work and relationships, and seems like he wants to keep that separate. But if the fan told anyone, he might be more drawn to dating an idol who understands the consequences of doing so, better.

I can see it both ways. I can see him with a fan, maybe not a super fan. Someone who didn't obsess over him or know every little thing; because he wants her to uncover that herself overtime. But I see him more with an idol, someone who understands his schedule and doesn't demand much of him or complain that he's never around, because they'll understand why and his reasonings.

wouldn't be against dating a fan or an idol. but I could see him more with an idol, maybe an actress or singer, someone like that who lives a demanding life. he doesn't want her to always feel likes he's leaving or ditching her, and with an idol, they might understand better. but I can see him with either definitely.
