Chapter 14 - Student Council Blues and A Date At the Beach

Flashback:

Eli: Honoka, Umi, and Kotori can we talk in the Student Council Room?

Honoka: Sure Eli-chan. Is something in the matter?

Eli: It's nothing. So just follow us.

Honoka: Ok....... Lead the way.

Umi: Ok we're here. What do you want to talk about?

Eli: Honoka-chan, you know Nico, Nozomi, and I will be graduating in March right.

Honoka: Yes I know that.

Eli: Good... Now to settle things in order. I Eli Ayase hereby name you, Honoka Kousaka as the new Student Council President.

Nozomi: And I Nozomi Toujou hereby name you, Umi Sonoda as the new Student Council Vice President.

Honoka: W-what?!!!! You can't serious about this Eli-chan? Are you?

Eli: Oh yes Honoka-chan, I am serious about this. You have the qualifications of what a good student council president should be. I admire you for your initiative. If it wasn't for you, our school would have been closed down.

Umi: Nozomi-chan are you serious about this too?

Nozomi: Yes Umi-chan I am serious. The cards told me that you are perfect for the job.

We don't know what to say. Both Honoka and Umi said.

Eli: I know that this may sound like I'm pressuring you two. But please take good care of the Student Council. And if you need advice just let me know after practice.

Honoka: Then I Honoka Kousaka do hereby humbly accept the position of Student Council President.

Umi: And I Umi Sonoda humbly accept the position of Student Council Vice President.

Eli: Good now that's done with let's all go to our respective classes.

Honoka: But before that I must do something first.

Kotori: What is it Honoka-chan?

Honoka: Kotori Minami as the new Student Council President I Honoka Kousaka do hereby appoint you as Student Council Secretary.

Kotori: I gladly accept.

It's been a week now and things have been going a little rough for Honoka. With her being the new Student Council President, she must wake up earlier than usual. Especially on this day as she has to give a speech to welcome the new transfer students.

Umi and Kotori help her with her speech. While her parents, Yukiho, and the rest of Muse pretend to be her audience. She pulls it off real nicely while practicing.

As she is called to the stage to deliver her speech she keeps looking down on the floor. This was to make ease her nervousness. She has the right to be nervous. After all she is the new Student Council President.

Honoka: "Good morning everyone. I Honoka Kousaka Student Council President hereby welcome all of you to a new semester. And as for the new transfer students, I hereby welcome all of you to Otonokizaka High School. Our school is was almost on the verge of closing down. Yet we survived such an unfortunate situation. I'm glad that all the new students chose to transfer here. If you have any problem just come to the Student Council Room and we'll talk about what you feel. Don't be afraid to talk to us. There are a lot of interesting clubs in our school. Feel free to join any of them. That's all I have to say. And once again welcome to Otonokizaka High School."
