Chapter 35 - Love Live Season 3 ("Muse's" Final Performance)

Tokyo dome 7:00 pm.

A few minutes before the special opening number of "Muse". All of the members were nervous. But this wasn't the usual nervousness that they felt in the preliminary finals and the finals itself. This time it was different for them.

They are going to do the opening number. A request made by Love Live organizers. To ease their nervousness as they walk to the stage. Honoka makes a final pre-performance speech.

I know all of us are saying to ourselves that we shouldn't be nervous anymore. We are already used to this and yet we ask ourselves why are we getting nervous. But there is no backing down now. This is our final Love Live performance.

Let us give our fans a special opening number that they will never forget. Let's make the most out of it. For tomorrow we will be returning to our normal lives. So let's do this.

After that they all made their final bow to the audience. Soon chants of we will miss you "Muse" echoed through out Akiba dome. The audience was left a final memory of "Muse". Tears flowed down on their faces.

"Muse" has done it's final duty. Each one of them crying again because it's the last time that they will be together. Love Live organizers and staff immediately rushed to them after they changed into their casual clothes.

All of them thanked "Muse" for helping them promote Love Live. And they bid them farewell as all nine beautiful girls walked out of the dressing room one by one. With their families and friends waiting outside, they look at the Tokyo dome one last time.

They decided to take a picture of all nine of them in front of the dome with the Love Live logo flashing on the electronic billboard above them. Tears flowed as they bid farewell to each other.

Each one of them will forever cherish the memories that they made with each other. The ups and downs that came to them. The moments that they spent as school idol group. The bonds that they made. The friendship that they formed. And lastly they considered each other as family.

While the temporary sadness comes to them. The never ending happiness is there. Nine unique individuals who were banded together by one goal. To save their school from closing down. After achieving that goal, they went for Love Live itself.

And one girl made it all possible. Their leader and center, Honoka Kousaka. Her inspiration to become a school idol was Tsubasa Kira and A-RISE. They will now go down in annals of Otonokizaka High School's history as the girls who saved Otonokizaka.

Otonokizaka High School morning 7:30 am.

It was a year after "Muse's' final performance in the third edition of Love Live. By this time Honoka Kousaka, Kotori Minami, and Umi Sonoda are in their third year of school at Otonokizaka High School.
Almost all students are in their classrooms. Except for six who were in the club room. They were discussing on what to do with the items in the room with three former students.
