Chapter 29 - The Final Live Performance and Goodbye "Muse"?

The day of the finals is now a few minutes later. Everybody was in high spirits. The fans couldn't hide their excitement as well. The moment everybody has waiting for is coming to an end. All eyes were focused on "Muse".

Even Eli's and Honoka's little sisters Alisa and Yukiho were excited. They decided to have a selfie with the Love Live logo behind them. For the two of them this is their door of their dreams. A-RISE was also there to show support for "Muse".

The first eleven school idol groups had finished performing. Now it was "Muse's" moment. They still showed signs of nervousness. But it's only normal. After all they've finally arrived on the biggest stage of their lives.

They did their usual victory sign routine. However Honoka had run out of words to say. She said everything in their previous performances. When she finally found the words to say. It was show time.

Ready!!!

Ich!!!

Nii!!!

San!!!

Yon!!!

Go!!!

Roku!!!

Nana!!!

Hachi!!!

Kyuu!!!

"Muse"!!! Music Start!!!

After saying that the elevator stage lifted them up. The crowd goes wild as they perform. A sea of multiple colored stick lights surrounded them. Deep inside of them, they knew that they've captivated the hearts of the audience.

After they performed, they are made to stay in a waiting room. As Honoka looks out the window, chants of "ENCORE, ENCORE, ENCORE", resonated through out the stadium. This made her cry. She knew this was it. She can feel that they're going to win Love Live.

And sure enough. "Muse" is declared the winner of the second Love Live competition.

A week has passed since they won the competition. It was now time for the graduation rites. Everybody was in high spirits. Except for three people. For Eli, Nico, and Nozomi this was their final day in high school. As everyone was so busy making the final touches for the graduation rites.

Eli Ayase decides to visit the Student Council Office one last time. Honoka finds her as she reminisces her days as student council president. After that it's off to the auditorium they go. Honoka Kousaka was tasked to give a send off speech.

But she wasn't good with words so she decides to sing Maki's first original composition.

After that they make one final tour of the campus. And eventually going to the rooftop. Here they reminisce the days when they were practicing.

Honoka decides to get a bucket of water and a mop to write their group's name on the floor. Then one by one they all went down. Honoka stayed for a while and watch what wrote dry up. As she was about to put away the bucket and the mop. She hears and sees images of them practicing.

Then all of them decide to lay on the grass for a little while. After that they all decided to go home. On the way out of the school entrance, Hanayo's phone suddenly rings.

Talk about timing

Huh??? This is this is.... This is big!!!! Guys club room now!!!

Hanayo makes a dash back to the school. The others follow her leaving Eli puzzled.
