Ellie POV
It was too soon. Too soon to tell. I can't tell him now. I pretty much can, but I prefer not too. I walk into the hotel lobby, and look at my phone. 3 messages from Melissa.
How did it spill?
Can you get me something? Like a grande mocha frappuchino?
Never mind you probably left.
I was going to but I can't go back now. What if Jackson is still there?
I walk into the elevator. I press my floor number, and wait for it to start ascending.
I walk out of the elevator and down the hallway. My room key slides and the door buzzes and clicks. I open the door, and drop my purse onto the bar stool and drop onto the couch. I watch tv until I hear Melissa opening the door to her room.
"So I wanted to ask you, do you want to see the statue of liberty today? Or do you want to go on a shopping spree?"
"Shopping spree! then can we go to Washington square?"
"Yeah. If we have time, we can go to a museum."
"Yay!" I squealed like a little kid.

Melissa POV
"Taxi!" I yell doing a hand signal. A taxi screeches to a stop. I open the door and tell the taxi driver,
"Forever 21."
"Umm which one?"
"The one by Little Italy, with the Armani Exchange (A/N sorry I don't if I spelled that right) and Zara. I forgot which street."
"Oh okay. I just took three girls there."
"Thanks."
I shut the door and stared out the window. Ellie just looked at her phone, and kept texting someone. I thought it was her mom, but she never texted her mom that long. She laughed a little. Okay thats it. I grab her phone and look at who it is.
"Hey!"
"Sorry just curious." I say. But jokes on me because there is no contact name. Just a phone number. I roll my eyes and give it back to her.
"You win this round. But I know its a guy." I say narrowing my eyes.
"I guess we will just have to see." she says with an evil smile.
***********
"How about this one?" I ask Ellie, holding up a gray cardigan.
"Eh. No thanks." she says. I roll my eyes. I take it for myself instead, because if she won't wear it, I will.
"I like this one." she says pointing at a mannequin, with a flowered skirt, knee high socks, and a a black crop top.
"Oooh I like it." I say with a smile. She scrolls around the racks, and finds her combination.
I find some black leather leggings, and light denim shorts.
"Okay I think thats it." says Ellie.
"Thats it? you don't anything else?"
"Well I do, but I don't want this to go over our budget. We are still going to more shops, so I'm fine."
"Okay It's your choice."
We go to the cash register and check out our items.
"78.04." says the cashier.
I grab out my wallet, but Ellie pushes my hand away and hands the woman a 100 dollar bill. I Glare at her. The lady hands us our bags and says, "Have a nice day."
"Next stop, Zara!" i say excitedly as we walk out of Forever 21.
I walk into Zara, with Ellie right behind. She runs over to a graphic tee and squeals. She Finds her size. She loves wearing those. I browse through some sections, and pick out a pastel pink, dark green, and navy blue V-necks.
Ellie comes back with a brown winter coat that had fur on the inside.
"Feel it." she says urgently.
I stroke my fingertips over the softness.
"Oh my God! is this real?" i say. She shakes he head.
"Surprising right?"
"We are buying it, no matter the price." I say. I didn't expect it to be high, but you never know.
