Ellie POV
I woke up to the horrifying sound of Melissa and Jackson singing along to "The Yellow Submarine" by The Beatles. I jumped, in terror of what was going on. Melissa, and Jackson were driving a car. Jackson's Ferrrari, and I was laying down in the back seat completely dressed up.
"What the hell is going on?" I say, interupting their joyful session of, sing along to The Beatles songs as badly as you can.
Melissa who was behind the wheel turned around.
"Well we are having that little get away I promised you."
I looked down at myself. Neatly painted nails, a red leather skirt, with a black crop top. My feet were dressed in black flats, and a red Ive Saint Lauren hand bag at my side. I touched the top of my head. It was covered in artificial hair. How long have I been asleep?
"Okay well where are we going?"
"Some club." replied Jackson.
"Oh uh, okay." I sat up rubbing my eyes, only to find black smudges on my hands. I guess Melissa had done my make up too. I took out my phone and looked at the time. It was eight thirty-five (8:35) pm.
"Melissa, did you get my fake ID?"
"You know I did."
I smiled, ready to bring out the bad girl side of me.
"Jackson, did you?"
"What do you think?"
"Uh yes?"
I scrolled through Instagram photos, of people joyfully spending the labor day weekend at parties. Well I guess if people would flood all social media known to mankind, with photos of having fun, and underage drinking, then so would I.

Fifteen minutes later I found myself walking up to a club in New York City. I don't think I would be able to dance tonight, but I guess it's worth a try.
I have an oxygen tank in the trunk in case of emergency. I'm not planning on getting drunk tonight. Especially in my condition.
My bracelets jangle, as I walk in silence with Melissa and Jackson into the club.

As soon as I walk through the doors, loud music floods my ears. I see people dancing and getting high by the bar. I feel different. I am. But I don't look different. I feel like everybody is staring at me. But It's just an illusion. Even though some people actually are, I make it as if I am unseen.
I find a seat at the bar. Melissa sits next to me.
"What do you want to drink?"
"Are you insane? You actually think I'm going to drink tonight? I could die."
"Okay, I guess I'll just order for me." She raised her eyebrows.
"I'll take a gin and tonic, and for her a dry martini."
"Didn't I just say that I-" Before I could finish the sentence, I broke out in a fit of coughing.
I dug around for an inhaler and soon enough I started breathing normally again. The bartender stared at me for a few seconds and went back to work on Melissa's gin and tonic.
"I said, I don't want anything to drink."
"Oh come on lighten up, what happened to living every day like it's your last?"
I looked up at her with an annoyed look on my face.
"Too soon?"
"No shit."
"Here you go." said the bartender setting down our drinks.
"Enjoy."
"Oh we will." Melissa took a big sip of her alcohol and stood up.
"If you're not going to have fun, then I will."
She sat back down, and took another big sip of her drink.
"Fine. But only ONE sip." I said, grabbing a thin black straw. I rolled my eyes and took a small sip. Surprisingly it tastes good.
"You should have gotten me a strawberry martini."
"Trust me, this ones better." An evil look spread over her face.

Melissa POV
After I had finished my drink in a matter of seconds, I still decided to get another one.
Ellie was still quietly sitting and drinking her martini.
"Come onnn. How long are you gonna drink thaaat." The alcohol was getting to me.
"I think you should lay off the gin and tonic for a while." Ellie said.
"Fine. One sscotch." I slurred.
"No never mind make it two."
"I told you I don't want anything more."
"Who said it was for you." I smiled.
"Where's Jackson." Ellie changed the subject.
"I dunno. Out there on the dance floor getting high with some girls over there."
"Melissa, the only person getting high is you." She stood up, and walked to the dance floor to get Jackson.

Moments later she cane back with Jackson.
"Come on Melissa let's get you home."
"I don't want to go hooome. I just want to dancce."
"Fine, one dance." Ellie grabbed my arm.
"I'll just stay here." Jackson sat down on a bar stool, and ordered a beer.

Soon enough I found myself dancing, unnoticed, in a crowd, among hundreds of people.
"Okay, let's go."
Ellie stopped dancing and grabbed ahold of my hand.
"No." I said pulling away.
"I'm going to leave you here."
"Oh come onnn it's only eleven o' clock.
"More like 12:30. We've been here long enough."
"How many drinks did you have?"
"One and a half now let's go."
"Fine."
I walked with Ellie to the main exit, and waited for Jackson to pull up the car.
All of a sudden, I started laughing really hard.
"What? What's so funny?"
I kept laughing.
The car pulled up, and Ellie shoved me in the car, and got in the passenger seat. With that we took off, and almost right away I fell into a deep sleep.
