Once the teacher dismissed the students in my class, I stretched my hands up in the air before packing away my things. Majority of the students had probably already headed home, but I had an after school tutoring class to get to.

As I was leaving my class, I heard my name being shouted from across the hall. I turned my head and saw Dongpyo. I smiled and waved as he was soon standing in front of me. "I wanted to catch you before you headed to your tutoring class. Here." He pushed a plastic bag in front of me and gestured me to take it. I glanced inside the bag and saw all of my favoritie snacks and drinks.

I gave Dongpyo a small kiss on his cheek while he smiled back, fighting the urge to kiss me in the busy hallway. "Thanks Dongpyo. I must have saved a country in my past life to have you as my boyfriend." After saying that, I began to feel my throat getting dry and my head started to hurt as I sneezed repeatedly.

Once I was able to compose myself, Dongpyo handed me a tissue with a worried look in his eyes. "Hey, are you alright Lindy? If youre sick, I don't think you should head to tutoring." I shook my head and smiled softly. "I'm fine. Besides, I have a test and this tutoring session will really help me." I looked at the time on my phone and realized I had to leave. " I got to go, but I'll text you when I'm done. Bye!" I waved back to Dongpyo as I began to walk to my tutoring session.

Throughout the session, I would sneeze and cough a lot, often getting glares from other students as I would be disturbing their work. It got to a point so bad that the teacher put me in a separate class with a box of tissues to help the other students from getting distracted.

'Have they never seen a sick person in their life? So annoying....'

I just put my headphones on and continued to do my work. Once the tutoring session was complete, I collected my work and dug around in my bag to find a face mask. I had soon found one and I put it on. I exited the building and began to walk towards the bus stop only to see my bus pulling away from the stop

I flailed my arms around hoping to get the drivers attention but it was too late. I sighed out of frustration until I felt a small droplet hit my head. I looked up and saw dark clouds forming and rain falling down on hard.

I covered my head with my bag, but it was no use. By the time I got to the bus stop, I looked at my reflection through a parked car. My hair was stringy and wet as it fell down on my shoulders and face. My uniform was wet and water was in my shoes. To add onto my problems, whatever sickness I had had just gotten worse as I began to sneeze more than I did before.

Once the bus came, everyone stared at me in shock, but I didn't care. I simply walked to my seat and sat down, sneezing and coughing the process. I took my phone out and saw 30 missed calls from Dongpyo. I bit the inside of my cheek, trying to hold back my tears as I got off the bus.

Once I reached my house, I tried to look for my keys in my damp bag when I heard my name being softly called. I turned around to see Dongpyo in casual clothes with an umbrella. I hid my face with my hair as I tried to enter my house, but he stopped me before I could enter.

"Lindy, what happened to you? I thought you were going to call me once you finished." I took of my face mask and put on a small smile, praying it would convince him. "My battery died and it started raining pretty bad and then this happened." I gestured to my appearance after saying that.

Dongpyo's face was unreadable. I couldn't tell if he was mad or hurt. I put my head down, ashamed of myself for making the person who cares about me feel that way. I heard him let out a deep sigh before walking closer to me. "Are your parents still on that business trip?" I looked up at him, confused why he would ask that but nodded as his answer.

He let out a breathy 'good' and grabbed my wrist before taking me inside my house. He took my bag away and helped me take off my shoes. "This is what's going to happen; you're going to take a hot shower while I make you some soup to help you feel better. Okay?"

Before I could retaliate he pointed towards the staircase and shouted "No Buts!". I let out a small laugh and began to walk up the stairs to take my shower. After my shower, I got changed and went back to the living room. I smelled something delicious as I made my way downstairs to see Dongpyo putting on my favourite movie. A bowl of soup, some medication and a tub of ice cream was waiting for my by the couch.

Dongpyo noticed my presences and patted the space beside him on the couch. I sat beside him as he handed me my bowl of soup. "Eat this and take your medicine. After that, we'll have a movie marathon because you're going to school tomorrow. I already called your parents and told them that." I sighed and looked at Dongpyo. "Yah, I have a test tomorrow. I have to be there."

Dongpyo cupped my face in my hands, forcing me to look into his eyes. "Listen to me Lindy. Your health is more important than any stupid test. You're staying home tomorrow and that's final." I let out laugh and nodded as we began to watch the movie that was playing. When Dongpyo wasn't looking, I planted a kiss on his cheek and whispered a thank you before continuing to watch the movie.
