[SEUNGWOO POV]

I walked into school, my appearance messy due to the fact that I woke up late. But that just made the girls scream louder. They were all lined up neatly on each side of the hallways, holding out gifts and confession letters, their chants asking them for me to take them.

Shy and taken back by the students' behaviour, I was able to take a few gifts from the crowd, leaving behind the confession letters. I finally made my way to class and sat down at my desk letting out a deep sigh. I saw my close friends come into class and took their seats beside me, all of them noticing the gifts that were piled on my desk.

Byungchan sighed as he I felt him slap me across the head. "Hyung, you got to tell those girls to stop! They're spending their college tuition money on you." I groaned and nodded as I rubbed my temples to soothe the headache I had. "I don't know how to tell them. I'm sure they'll be devastated if I tell them to stop and besides.... I already like someone"

With those words, my friends shot their heads up and looked in my direction. Within seconds they crowded his desk, demanding for answers. "You better tell us! This is important hyung! It's not everyday you like someone." Sejun began to bug me for a response when I finally put my hands up in defeat. "Fine! I'll tell you.." the boys leaned in for a better listen. "It's Jung Hyeju in class 10-2. It's been her for a while."

The boys smiled brightly at my confession when Subin came to a realization. "Hey, she's in my class! I could talk to her if you want." My eyes widened and vigorously shook my head. "No! Just leave it alone. It would cause too much trouble if I was honest with my feelings. She could get hurt. I'm not going to lie when I say some of those girls who like me only want me for themselves."

The boys nodded in agreement, but Chan was adamant. "Seungwoo-hyung, you can't hide your feelings because some girls want to claim you. Why don't you do something that you want for once, instead of what everyone else wants." Chan's word got to me as I sighed in defeat. That's when an idea came to mind as I took out a pen and paper and began to write.

[HYEJU POV]

I headed towards my locker with my friend Chaewon, while we were both talking about the school carnival that would be happening within the next week. As I entered my combination and opened my locker, a letter fell out. Curious, I picked the paper up and opened it to reveal a love letter. My face began to turn to a shade of red as Chaewon grabbed the letter from my hand and read it out loud.

Dear Hyeju

I've always admired you from afar but due to my circumstances, I could never tell you how I felt. But I realized that I have to be honest with how I feel and I need to tell you that I like you. A lot. You may not feel the same way but I just had to let you know.

From, your secret admirer.

Chaewon began to cheer for me as I folded the letter and put it inside my locker. "Jung Hyeju! Look at you getting love letters!" I let out a small laugh and closed my locker as we both walked to class. "I mean, it's nice to know that someone likes me but I'm sure this is a one time thing." Chaewon simply shrugged as we walked into class.

Over the course of the next couple of days, the letter were appearing more and more often. I would be lying if I said they didn't make me smile everyday but the more the showed up,
The more curious I was about who was sending it to me. I walked into class one day with one of the letters in my hand. I saw Subin and he playfully smiled when he saw the letter. "Hey Hyeju. Another letter, huh?"

I narrowed my eyes at him as I sat down. "Okay, what do you know Subin? It's been killing me! I need to know who's been sending me the letters." Subin leaned in closer and whispered a set of instructions to me. "Tomorrow, get to school an hour before classes. You'll see your secret admirer by your locker." I smiled and nodded, a smile on my face. I was going to meet my secret admirer.

The next day, I followed Subin's instructions and got to my locker an hour before classes. As I was walking down the hall, I saw a figure next to my locker trying to slip a paper into it. As I got closer, I realized who the figure was. "Seungwoo-sunbaenim? It's you? You're the one who sent the letters?" I watched as Seungwoo jumped at the sudden sound of my voice, realizing that he got caught. He let out a nervous laugh before he came clean.

"Yeah, it's me. Surprise. So, how did you find out?" I played with fingers before coming clean myself, still in shock about what was happening. Seungwoo cursed under his breath, muttering that he was going to get his friends for this while I was still trying to process what was happening. "You like me? You're the most popular guy in school with fan girls and a whole fan site dedicated to you! Why would you like a plain girl like me?"

Seungwoo frowned when he heard me and walked closer. "Jung Hyeju.. I like you because you are not like any other girl. You're unique and special and you have genuinely caught my eyes and heart. I know it's late, considering it's today, but would you let me take you the school carnival? As a date?"

I blushed at his proposal and shyly nodded. He smiled and grabbed my hand, pulling myself towards him. I smiled but remembered a crucial detail in dating Seungwoo. "What about your fan girls? Not going to lie, but they scare me." Seungwoo let out a deep chuckle and reassured me. "I'll worry about that. But you won't ever worry about anyone touching a hair in your head. That's a promise."
