"jeno" I poked his face.

"babe" I blew on his hair.

"ugh whatever" I sighed walking away from Jeno who's been playing games all day.

I picked up my phone and started looking at my contacts wondering who I should call. Renjun? no, Jisung? hmm no. Mark? yes. I pressed his contact which caused my phone to call his number right away.

"mhm?" Mark hummed.

"im bored" I huffed out.

"what about-"

"playing games" I cut him off.

"again?" mark questioned.

"again" I sighed.

"so come pick me up and le-"

"on my way freckles" he hung up after.

"alright then" I placed my phone down and headed up to jeno's room.

his parents are gone for a trip to Japan. They decided to stay there for a few months so I've been crashing at Jeno's house for a month. It's currently summer and Jeno's been playing games with his online friends. We haven't gone out as much since summer started and that kinda bums me out.

So I've basically been calling Mark whenever Jeno's too busy focusing on games. All the times that I called Mark, he'd always come and pick me up. We'd go somewhere fun or just take a stroll around the park. Even just sit in a cafe or a restaurant and talk.

"jeno, I'm going out" I yelled as I put on my shoes.

"alright, be back soon!" Jeno shouted.

"mhm" I hummed as I opened the door.

"y/n!" Jeno shouted loudly catching my attention.

"yeah?" I answered.

"I love you" he shouted loudly making me laugh.

"I love you too" I replied back.

I get inside Mark's car and we headed out to wherever.

"where we going?" I asked looking at him.

"the carnival downtown" Mark smiled.

"ooo, we should get some funnel cake" Mark chuckled.

"you always get funnel cake" Mark replied, making me chuckle.

"I like it, it's good"

[ time skip blah blah ]

{ 3rd pov }

"I told you I'd win that for you" Mark pointed to the big plush narwhal and duck next to her

"you didn't have too Mark" y/n chuckled as she patted the ducks head.

"y/n close your eyes" Mark suddenly says.

"why?" y/n cocked a brow.

"just do it" Mark sighed, y/n closed both of her eyes.

Mark leaned closer towards her. He was ready to risk it all. Probably because he couldn't handle the fact that the girl he's in love with is in love with another guy. Probably the fact that lately, y/n's been helping him out with his family problems. Probably because he truly hit rock bottom and wanted you so bad.
