Looking down at the front of the the front of Bangtan Services, there was a large pit in my stomach.

Jungkook was going over the plan again, determination in his voice, but I was blocking him out unintentionally. I couldn't get my head out of the clouds, remembering the discussion with my friend, their voice still hanging inside my head almost like a taunting mechanism.

I know you've changed from the last time I've seen you and I can see the look in your eye. Whatever you plan on doing, don't. If you're afraid of that to come out again, I advise you to not go and do the job you have.

I could feel myself wanting to listen to their words. I felt like I had grown to be a little bit softer over the days, especially being beside Jungkook for the non-evil that circled around me. Though, Yoongi and Hoseok had a high percentage of being taking by Taehyung. If they weren't dead yet, they needed my help to get out, but I was scared because I didn't know if I could hurt them. I didn't know if I was going to hurt anyone with whatever energy I had in me.

"I don't know where they're keeping the Defenders so we have to search the whole compound," Jungkook said to me, his voice just barely loud enough to be heard over the noise of the city. "I doubt they're keeping them in the surgical areas from how small it is. I think they may be using some of the dorms--"

I reached out and snatched onto Jungkook's elbow, his voice faltering. I didn't make eye contact through our silence as I stared down at the compound. "Yoongi and Hoseok. They're also in there. They have to be."

"Do you want to split up on this so that you can find the two and I can find the Defenders?"

I swallowed nervously, my hand gripping onto Jungkook tighter. I turned to find his eyes looking a bit worried, and I couldn't blame him. My hands were starting to become sweaty from being so nervous. That had never happened before. "I'm scared."

Jungkook processed that information for a second, his eyes slowly widening. He scooted a little closer to me, his thoughts pulling away from the situation at hand. "Why are you scared? You're never nervous to do this stuff."

"I . . . I don't want to make the wrong move," I said, my voice falling to a whisper in the process. I forced myself to pull my hand away from Jungkook so I wouldn't strangle his arm. "What if all my anger comes out and I hurt everyone? What if I hurt the Defenders? Yoongi and Hoseok? You? I can't risk that."

Jungkook's tongue pressed the inside of his cheek for a second, seeming to think. His hand reached out and tugged my hood up to cover my head and the back of my neck, where the scab still hid. "That won't happen. Trust me, you've been through Hell and back so many times that you're practically invincible. What happened at the market was a freak accident. Don't let that haunt you."

I grabbed the top of my hood and pulled it down in front of my face a little more so it would stay. I sucked in a deep breath and released it before speaking again. "I just don't want to hurt anyone that I don't want injured."

"You won't. I promise."

I wanted to believe Jungkook, but a little part inside me still wasn't convinced. I had a feeling that I was just going to have to suck it up and deal with it. "Okay."

"Okay," Jungkook gave me a faded smile and a nod. He turned back to the building and started talking again. "I'll find the Defenders and you can find your non-biological dads. If either of us come across Taehyung, don't be afraid to take him out. He's also a main target for the both of us to take down. In all honesty, kill him. If we don't, prison won't do him enough justice."

I nodded a little, my heart starting to race a little. Looking at the entrance to the building, the front door was dark from the sign that a business not being open while underneath was a whole maze with living people. I knew there was life teeming inside. I just didn't know how to get in without using the front door.

"How do we get in?" I asked, looking over to Jungkook. I was still weary to jump down to the street and make our move, but I needed the plan so that I wasn't going to screw up.

"On either side of the building are entries in the allies," Jungkook pointed to the sides of the buildings were two allies led to darkness. "You'll go in one and I'll go in the other. I'm going to have you go in one that's a trapdoor disguised as a sewage opening. You'll go down a ladder into the kitchen of the cafeteria. You can go any route from there."

"Where are you going to end up at?"

"I'll end up near the men's showers. That's near the surgical area." Jungkook's hand reached out, lacing his fingers with mine suddenly. He didn't look over, but he seemed nervous from how stiff his hand felt. "We'll both be in opposites of the compound but on the second floor. I'm sure we'll come across each other at one point."

We sat there in silence for a moment before I squeezed Jungkook's hand and got up, my hand slipping away from his. I tugged my hood down some more, my head racing faster. The scab on the back of my neck ached a little, but I knew I had to face the new fears rising. I saw Jungkook getting to his feet beside me as well as I said, "Alright, let's get going, shall we?"
