opinions on tmnt characters pt 2

heh I said I was going to make another thing as an 'apology' (I know it's not enough)but here it issss anyway

 pt 2 of my opinions on tmnt ships (check out the first one if you haven't already!)

I don't really follow a list, just random characters I think of

spike/slash: oh my godddd I love the episode 'slash and destroy'. At first I was really conflicted with slash, since I thought it was a bit weird he went from this cute pet turtle to almost destroying his previous owner's whole family.  I was really mad at him, especially since he really hurt Mikey and donnie (my fav characters). in later episodes we see him teaming up with the turtles and even forms a group of his own (mighty mutanimals), which was awesome! overall I like his design and I like how he changed his mind, going from evil to good :) also he was super adorable before he was mutated!

Leatherhead: I LOVEEEE LEATHERHEAD <3 he's honestly an amazing character. I love how protective he is of the turtles, and how good of an ally and friend he is to them, especially to Michelangelo. I really liked his debut episode aswell. I like how the creators let him be part of the series for many seasons, instead of just putting him in one or two episodes never to be seen again. he's helped the turtles many times and just a great character. his voice is nice too hahah

Napoleon: a good comic relief, and a sort-of student for Mikey ahhaha. (I basically like everyone who's friends with Mikey lol). He showed that being different isn't bad, and he was very accepting from beginning to the end :) it's sad we only saw him once (correct me if I'm wrong), but maybe that was for the best as there isn't much of him you can work with. I think he's a good character. his design fits his style, and his fannypack is amazing lol

Bebop and Rocksteady: yes, I'm putting them in the same 'slot', since they're never really seen without each other and people often refer to them as 'bebop and rocksteady', not separately. I like them, but honestly I think they're a bit overhyped. Especially in the 2012 universe. I like them better in the 1987 version, but hey. I think their designs are alright, but Bebop's is a lot cooler than rocksteady's and I like that he can go invisible. Good comic reliefs but as I said I don't really like them as much as others seem to do. 

Tigerclaw: gahhh I can't believe I didn't talk about him last time! such an iconic character. At first I didn't like him, since you know.. he's evil. But when his backstory was revealed a while later I actually felt kind of sympathetic towards him. His history with Alopex is pretty sad and made me feel for him. He's very powerful and tbh his design is just PERFECT. I can't say I like him, since I don't really like any of the enemies, but I've definitely got respect for him and I can see why he turned out the way he did. 

Chris Bradford/dogpound: omg.. just omg. he absolutely broke Mikey's heart and for that I hate him. I don't really like his mutant design (he looks better as Rahzar), and his human form just looks.. strange. he's incredibly interesting and a good enemy to the turtles though. but I really hate him for what he did. 

kraang: I'm not going into detail with kraang prime and all, just gonna do the kraang in general. Kraang is, along with other villains, a classic for the tmnt universe. I really like the idea of life outside of earth, as it gives the series a whole lot more mysteries to solve. I think it's hilarious and exciting in the beginning when the turtles have no idea what they are, what they do, what they're up against etc. it's lead to some pretty epic battles between the turtle team and the kraang. also, Mikey being a genius in dimension x? love it!

Dream beavers: hahha I love these guys. At first they're intimidating but when they get into the real words I just want to hug them forever <3 I think the designs and trope is very original and cool. one of my personal favorite episodes tbh. 

Tang shen: sigh.. so tragic. it's sad to see how much her death really effected master splinter, even after so many years he still wasn't over it. part of me wish he should have gotten a chance of love again, but I think that would have been a bit too distracting, since splinter isn't a main character so to speak. It's cool that we got to meet her. And sure, she was a bit of a Mary Sue, but I don't care. I still love her and I wish she had gotten more screen time and more interactions with the turtles.
