Leonardo. A leader. A teammate. A brother.
Three mutant bodies lay across the rooftop, blood seeping out of them and no sign of movement from any of them.
Leonardo, the last one standing with a brave face never let his face falter once.
Some kind of big brother he was, not being able to protect his little brothers when they needed him the most.
Was it really true? Were they being too confident? Confident enough to think they could take on shredder alone without their masters help?
He couldn't help but let his eyes cast downwards just for a second, eyeing the sai wielding turtle he once called brother. Who was he now? Just a memory?
Shredder was long gone by now, and Leonardo stood by the edge of the high building. Oh how he used to love the view up there. Now he hated it.
Who was he in this world without his brothers? Without his team?
He couldn't live with the shame knowing he had failed his brothers. He would never be able to get over it.
But what if he didn't have to?
He stood by the edge, inching closer and closer. It would surely kill him immediately.
'Forgive me master splinter' he whispered to himself as he took a step over the edge, falling quickly.
What he didn't see before he fell was a pair of baby blue eyes opening up slowly, staring at him in horror as he ended his life.
