Donnie/April: i loveee them <3 I think they're so cute together, both in the show and in fanarts and stuff. April totally has good taste in guys hehe. My number 1 otp in the franchise.
April/Casey: hmm.. I think they can be pretty cute together. I mean, in the show I highly prefer Donnie and April, but I definitely don't mind them in fanfictions and fanart.
Leo/Karai: I'm very conflicted with this one. I'm not a big fan of Karai so when I watched the show for the first time I was a bit irritated by the whole love thing going on between them. But then as I got older and rewatch the show I was okay with it. (I should probably mention that having a crush on your sister is pretty creepy though, Leo. Even if you're not biologically related.)
Raph/Mona: I think Mona is a.. boring character lol, and I felt that their relationship was a bit forced in the show. However I do think they look cute together, and I love the fact that Mona is much taller and stronger than Raphael haha.
Mikey/Renet: aaaaaaaaaa so ADORABLE! Mikey is my favorite character ever so I want him to be with the most awesome girl, and Renet is definitely that. I like their chemistry and the she's silly, like him! I would do anything for an episode that focuses on them. <3
Splinter/Tang Shen: lol.. does this count as a ship? Anyway, I think their love story is beautiful, even though it's horribly sad. Wish we could have seen (or heard) more about Tang Shen as I feel like she could have been an awesome character, given the chance. Such a sad story :,(
Mikey/Shinigami: eh.. not much to say about it. I prefer him and Renet. She is a cool character though, my gay heart beats for her lol
Rocksteady/Bebop: lmao, I don't ship it. But... I guess they could be cute
Shinigami/Karai: YES... just yes.
