"Hey El wait up" Alice calls out to me as I'm leaving the classroom. I stop and tell Remus and Sirius to go ahead so her and Marlene can catch up with me.

"Hey girls what's up" I say as we kept walking out of the classroom.

"Sirius's hair is so funny was that you" Marlene asks laughing a little.

"Yup all me I'm awesome I know" I say playfully brushing off my shoulders.

"And he's not mad" Alice asks. Marlene just rolls her eyes.

"Oh come on Alice you know that boy could never be mad at her he loves her too much" Marlene says winking at me. "Besides I saw him sending her love notes in class would he be doing that if he was mad."

"First of all not a love note" I say rolling my eyes "second of all he did get mad earlier today caused some issues but we sorted things out" I finish.

"Well he couldn't have been too mad if you sorted it out that quickly" Alice says.

"Yeah well he yelled I freaked and then I made him give me a piggyback ride to make up for it" I say as we reached the portrait. This was our last class of the day so we have a little bit of free time before dinner.

"I'm sorry about that by the way if you're struggling let us know I'm sure Lily would not be happy if she found out you were still trying to deal with this on your own" Alice says.

"Well I will let you know but really it's easier for me to lean on my brother" I say spotting my brother across the room and sticking my tongue out at him. He sticks his tongue out back. "Well girls I'm gonna go see my brother but I'll see you before bed okay" I say.

"Yeah we need to have a girls night soon" Marlene say and I shake my head. I miss those we haven't had one all year and I need time with my girls soon. Sometimes it makes me sad not all my girl friends get along but recently I'm starting to grow apart from my Slytherin ones anyway they are delving into the dark side and I don't want any part of that. Bella especially she goes on and on about the 'Dark Lord' and after reading what he's done in the paper I just can't sit by and listen so I pull away instead. Sometimes I get the sense that Cissy and Reg are more being dragged than anything so it makes it hard sometimes but I've tried to keep my relationships with them afloat a little more.

As I walk off to my brother I am quickly pulled aside by Remus. I smile up at him and playfully say "Really Remmy I was trying to get to my brother"

"Well I just wanted to talk to you for a second" he says smiling back.

"Nope I'm still mad about you giving up my safety for chocolate I guess I know what you love more" I say trying to move around him.

"I'm so so sorry Elly could you ever forgive me" he asks sarcastically.

"Only if you say it like you mean it" I say trying not to grin.

"Oh come on" he says laughing and pulling me in to hug me. I laugh too finally breaking the act.

"Okay now what was it you wanted to talk to me about" I say getting serious.

"Okay well I wanted to ask you if you had a crush on someone for like a really long time but they were your friend would you tell them and risk your friendship or keep it to yourself" he says.

"Aww do you have a little crush Remmy how cute" I said joking but then I saw the almost solemn look on his face "alright so do you think this person likes you back" I ask.

"I hope they do but sometimes I get the feeling I have some major competition" he says sadly.

I frowned "well I really don't know what to tell you maybe feel out the situation a little more try flirting and seeing how they react and if they flirt back then you will know" I say happy with my advice.
